It's a perfect location to explore the area. The couple running the hotel is super nice and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breackfast is plenty with different options of bread, fruits, eggs, cereals, etc. Overall, great value for money.

The fact that the queen size bed could actually split into two twin sized beds. The hotel manager was fantastic. Breakfast was good. Nice aesthetic in the lobby. Perfect location across the street from a creek, and short walking distance from fine dining and hookah lounge.

We were there for the closure of the international art exhibition, just along the road from the apartment, so it was a perfect location for us. We had two meals in the Roemer, which is a splendid restaurant. Having said that, we know the food at the Dalmaccjia is excellent, too.
On Saturday afternoon we went paddle boating on Maria Laac's lake.

It rained for two days but this didn't matter!
It rained for two days but this didn't matter! The town is friendly and there is lots to see and do in the area with Genovevaburg, Slate Musuem and lots of attractions such as Schloss Burresheim. Burg Cochem and the fabulous Burg Eltz quite close. There is also the Vulcanpark and Nurburgring and the Mosel Valley in the area. You will need a car to see it all
Good breakfast. To be honest: arriving in the parking lot of the hotel the first impression is that the hotel is worn down. But inside everything is very modernized. The room was very clean. And big, although the furniture was not to my taste (and will not be the taste for many people). Big bathroom, also very clean. Friendly staff. Great you can park your car for free. Good price-quality.

All was well. We had a room at the courtyard, so very quiet. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was large. Breakfast was good enough. There's not an incredible amount of choice, but for a small hotel, the breakfast was very good.
Cute apartment with excellent facilities and accessible to the pretty walled town of Mayen.
Very helpful and welcoming hosts.Snacks and drinks (chargeable) were also available which is very helpful for guests arriving late.
Completely renovated and tastefully decorated with large rooms and thoughtful details. In the pedestrian zone in Mayen near Restaurants and clubs. Lots of big windows so plenty of light.
No nonsense stay in tidy hotel. Breakfast was great, and the hotel has an old-school, traditional vibe. Located in nice region and not too far from city center: within walking distance.
Nice small hotel on walking distance from the city centre (aprox 10 mins).
Decent sized room, good bed and good bathroom.
Breakfast was simple but nice, and good coffee.
The staff was super kind and attentive and breakfast very good! The location was perfect for my travel plans. I was able to leave my car pretty close to the hotel for free.
