This residence is situated approximately 20 min by metro from Valencia central area, and it is easily reached by metro line 1. It is in the nice and quiet neighborhood and it is modernly furnished. The common area includes kitchen and small internal garden. The room is nice, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is basic, but still nice and fine. All the instructions how to arrive and check in are sent by WhatsApp and very easy to follow. Great value for money and great place to stay.

Outstanding all around. Staff, rooms were clean, updated and comfortable. The only issue we had was the air conditioning was not working in one room making it uncomfortable to sleep. Otherwise wish we could have stayed longer. Next time we’d love to stay at hotel again. Best breakfast the entire trip.
