The large balcony and bed in the room. The location of the hotel was very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food very good. We thought we would be having breakfast served in our room. However, this facility was not available. Although it did not matter too much for us do not think this should have been offered on web information if not available during dates of our stay |

there was no information on the site about the area being closed the only shop open was a chemist we had to travel to Benidorm or Alacante |

This hotel is in nice place and at the end of September is really quiet - and cheap as well :-) And my room was nice with spacieous balcony with a great view - sea and mountains When you are in such country like Spain, where is a bit hot, from time to time you need something cold to drink - so lack of the fidge in the room is a big problem. |

used the trams everday very good price -make sure you buy your ticket from the station - travel cards for 10 journeys very economical - went to Benidorm for 2.10 euros taxi 58 euros 1 way - Lovely Promenade but watch out for dog fouling Had a meal in the hotel - very small salty portions one of our group was served cheesecake with mould on - service was very poor - Taxi ride of approx 12 euros for nearest entertainment & restaurants - Not much English spoken but good to see the Union Jack was flying |

The restaurant manager/maitre'd was very good and patient despite our 'poco' Spanish skills; some of previous guest reviews are out of date, eg balcony railings have been replaced. Beds very uncomfortable - more like camp beds and very short - seemed like only 6' long double bed. |

Our family were able to stay in connecting rooms rather than all in one room. We enjoyed cooling off in the pool. Safe carparking was a big plus for us as well. We thought it was probably time for an outside paint especially the balcony railings. Our balconies were very dirty a good clean up there would be appreciated by guests I am sure. |
