The apartment is located in Residencial Alcotán, in Novo Sancti Petri. Surrounded by pine trees, beautiful gardens and a seasonal communal swimming pool. This three bedroom holiday flat can accommodate a maximum of six people. It has one bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two further bedrooms with twin beds. From the living room you have access to the private terrace with garden and outdoor table and chairs. There is a separate kitchen and another bathroom with shower. This accommodation has a parking space located within the residential and WIFI. Pets are welcome here. Please ask for a supplement. There is a shopping centre with all the necessary services nearby, about 15 minutes walking distance. La Barrosa beach is only a ten minute walk away.
