The owner was very helpful
The rooms were big
Will definitely going back
Quiet location
You don't get a view, but that didn't bother me at all

Great place to stay and use as a base if you have a car Alicante is only an hour away and a nice drive along the coast road
Promenade is very clean with plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from and about 2 miles long from end to end rugged coast line with three sandy bays and a couple of man made safe pools as well
Will definitely be going back

There is a lot of concrete in and around Torrevieja and a lot of continuing development. The beach front areas were usually very busy. There are more attractive and quieter beach resorts along the coast - for example Los Alcázares to the south or Santa Pola to the north - for those who want a quieter time.

The town itself is ugly and busy. The beaches are nice. However, the surrounding countryside is very good for cycling and/or walking. There are dedicated cycle paths along the main roads to other towns nearby and also lots of quiet country lanes with not much traffic.

Torrevieja is not for everyone as it’s a typical working Spanish town albeit with a lovely promenade and beach. However there are lots of shops, bars and restaurants. I especially recommend the ‘chino’ shops where you can buy everything you didn’t know you needed!

Hotel was in a perfect location couldn't be better. Property on the whole is in need of tlc
But our room was very clean. Reception very good and the local supermarket very equipt.
Soap very limited to 2 little sachets. Take your own. Kitchen clean loved making a cuppa in the morning and sitting on the balcony overlooking the marina. . All in all a perfect stay in a clean appartment. If they renovated the area it would be perfect 🥰 we had some lovely beach walks and amazing meals along the way.

First time here and thoroughly enjoyed the area and the holiday. Nice choice of beaches, shopping and restaurants/cafes.
Unless close to a bus route, you would need a car to visit all the spots as it is quite spread out.
If in the marina area I can recommend an excellent gluten free bakery and café - Coffee and Toffee in Calle Joaquín Chapaprieta. Delicious pastries in a lovely relaxing environment.
If on Playa de los Locos, have a meal at El Tiburón, excellent food at reasonable prices.
If you do have a car then Murcia is well worth a visit, plenty to see and do
We have stayed in the Hotel Fontana Plaza before and enjoyed it so our expectations were high. We were not disappointed. We had a very good rate for a nice double room overlooking the pool which was still opened. The pool and pool bar area was perfect for lounging in the late summer sunshine. Staff as always were efficient and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good, you could not leave there without being satisfied. All in all a lovely mini break in Torrevieja.
I have been staying here on and off for 4 years with work, it’s a budget hotel with 5 star staff, it’s a stones throw from the sea, it has local bars and eateries, torrevieja town is 20 minutes walk...the hotel is very clean, the staff are fantastic and I mean all the staff, I am English and speak little Spanish but everyone in tuto makes me feel so welcome, I could not ask for more and I look forward to January 2023 when I return.
Location and privacy
It was a good price and couldn’t have been happier with how clean the room and linen
Room serviced everyday - quite late in the day but that was fine if you love a lie in while on holiday
Right next to the beach and a lovely market just outside the door on a Wednesday
Lots of little bars and very nice local people - mostly Spainish not loads of ex pats 😊 perfect !!
Great pool area, location excellent, management company really helpful and friendly. Really liked the top floor bedrooms with great en-suites. Fantastic value for money in our opinion. Noticed comment in previous review about cockroaches - no problem at all if you spray around the bottom of the back door and put a towel in same place to stop them coming in. Our family had a great time 😀
The decor, The style, everything was beyond exceptional. The place has a very welcoming feeling about it.
We were greeted by Cristina when we arrived and she made us feel very welcome. I would recommend this stay to anyone coming to Torrevieja, its also located next to a nice big pool bar/restaurant and just a 3 min walk to a supermarket so all amenities are catered for.
The Villa had everything we needed and more, it was in a quiet area that was near enough to Torrevieja. There was a pool and outdoor eating area which was fabulous and so lovely to sit in the shade during the day to eat and at night! Conchita our host was welcoming and so accommodating 5 Star!! A wonderful place to stay!!
The staff in reception is where nice and super helpful .i really liked the massage and spa in the basement. And the rooftop pool and sunbathing is nice. And there is a groceries store 200 meters from hotel .This is the second time in my trip I stay at this hotel where nice 4 star hotel ..I will be coming back here I hope
Located a short walk from the beach and town centre. It has nice restaurants around.
The staff was very helpful, understanding and kind: I want to give special thanks for Maria at the reception, she was amazing. The breakfast very good. The air conditioning worked wonderfully.
Very good location, clean, comfortable and fresh apartment with all tools we needed (refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, stove), apartments owner is very kind and friendly
The apartment looks exactly like in the photo.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was convenient that breakfast and dinner were included and there were many child friendly options. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our children loved it. The pool area was very nice.
Nice apartment and very good value for money. It's a big apartment for a reduced price. It's not in the center but since it has parking space it's easy to use the car to move around town, if necessary.
