The breakfast was amazing. So many options and the food was very good. The location was great. Only a two minute walk to the beach and plenty of little shops around was awesome. The room was also very nice with plenty of space. The wristband room keys were very cool and convenient. We never had to worry about forgetting our room key.

Perfect location right across from beautiful Palma Nova Beach, 10 minute cab ride to Magaluf, 25 minutes to downtown. Room had an outstanding view of the sea from the balcony.

Zel is right on the public beach. *All beaches in Mallorca that hotels are on are public. You cross a walking path to get to the sandy beach. It has a beautiful view. The pools and hot tubs are nice with a bar but it’s different… you go to the bar to order then they bring your drink. They don’t take your order from your chair. The lobby is pretty and neat. The Zel House room is amazing but the others pretty normal for any hotel. The location is good but as with anywhere in Mallorca the island is big so depending on where you want to be I’d definitely research it. We booked dinners and a boat within 10-20 minutes by taxi. Taxis were easy and reasonable. You can walk to touristy shopping and restaurants but we didn’t try any of those on the street. There is a place across the street to buy drinks, alcohol and sunscreen which we bought for our boat day. We booked it separately. Lucia did her best for us. She worked hard a a concierges for our group. She should definitely get a Kuddos. She even helped us get pizza delivered. I hope Zel will give Lucia and some of the concierges time to explore the island, a budget to try out excursions and restaurants. The “open concept “ concierges does need some help by management to have more knowledge of what all they can recommend. They are all so willing but not sure they have done the experiences they are being told to recommend. The drinks are great but the food quality is average. The massages are fabulous and well priced. The bell boy gets a taxi quickly.

Nice hotel. Food is virtually inedible. Absolutely terrible. 20 of us all bad. Nice pool area. Need more toilets because my mate Paul has been shitting like a chocolate fountain for the last two days!

Pool area had plenty of free beds all the time. Room was good and clean. Extra; I was cycling whilst here as well - their bike room is INCREDIBLE. Places to store it and loads of tools. Same can be said for the very good gym.

I liked the cosy vibe, the pool area and comfortable sun loungers, the comfortable beds, and the laid back atmosphere. I also liked the huge orange tree right outside our verandah, the sounds of birds and the fact that it was well away from the tourist areas. The pool area is lovely.
