Amazing hotel, breakfast and pools. It's a really nice cozy atmosphere everywhere and I loved the chill vibe, so it was nice to chill at the pools as well, without any noisy environment (apart from the neighbour's drilling machines during morning yoga).

Perfect location, right on the beach, I stayed in April and it was great to use the sauna and bathe in the sea afterwards! Also the staff was very polite and professional, they speak very good English and are always willing to help.

Unfortunately the rooms are much smaller than the JS we stayed at in Porto Colom, although the bathroom is nicer. THe food had many choices for vegetables but the meat selection was poor as was the breakfast (only ONE day was there an option for omlettes although the "cook" behind the counter siad on the first day: "tomorrow" then the next day "no"!

Beautiful beach.
Beautiful beach. We like walking, so walked in either direction next stunning beaches or wonderful vistas. We walked to Alcudia for the market on Tuesday (and Sunday). We caught the bus to Palma which was easy peasy. Although we did have to stand as so busy. But that wasn't too bad. We got a seat on the way back.
We decided to get the bus back to the airport on our last day (rather than a taxi. Again, easy peasy.
All in all, great location, plenty to do for what we wanted. We had some great lunchtime and evening meals.

lovely beach and gently sloping so very good and safe for children. Good shopping and lovely marina. Good value eating for the most part but some places seem to be trying to charge quite a lot for average food and drink but if you shop around you soon find the places that are better value.

Port part of alcudia was not interesting.
Port part of alcudia was not interesting. Just old warehouse shops with really bad lighting. Reminiscent of the bad past. The beach was very small and part of the port. I wouldn’t choose it for a holiday. Old town was really lovely to stroll and have a meal.
Alcudia bay stretches to beautiful beaches.
NOT RECOMENDED!!! It was terrible, it was the worst hotel I’ve seen in my entire life, they told me at the reception that it was a 3-minute walk to my room, I walked alone at night with suitcases along a dark street without lights through parking lots with bad roads for 1.5 km, I fell several times and my suitcase is broken! the room was terribly dirty... in the end I only managed to sleep 3 hours due to noisy neighbors! Terrible place!!!!
The breakfast buffet was impressive and very considerate of gluten-free needs. Our room was comfortable and spacious, with a kitchenette and dining table and even a dining set on the balcony. The hotel bar was also a nice atmosphere and had friendly staff. The receptionist gave us numerous recommendations for restaurants and other attractions. Parking on the street was very easy. The pool and the rest of the facilities were nice.
Very service minded staff, helpful and accommodating. Not too noisy around the pool and plenty of sun loungers for everyone. Good buffet, very good value.
Incredible to be allowed a private spa session (due to Covid) included in the hotel price.
We also enjoyed being right on the beach, so easy to walk down for a swim or stroll along the shore to go for a drink or a bite to eat.
This hotel is in a great location - very close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The historic part of Alcudia was a 20 minute walk with sidewalks the whole way. The hotel was clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options. The rooms were spacious and the common areas (pool, bar, etc.) were all very nice and well-maintained.
Lovely bright room with everything you would need for a self catering break. Well supplied kitchen with hob, microwave etc and tea towel and cleaning supplies. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of closet space. Nice little balcony too. I was there for the Ironman 70.3 and it more than met my needs. Only 250m from bike racking and the hotel has a secure bike storage room
Large room even though only a studio. Nice little kitchenette, lovely large bathroom with good walk in shower. AC worked very well. Area can be noisy but didn’t really hear it when in room. Hotel in general was always very clean. Good food options whether on room only or all inclusive, not too pricey. Very nice staff throughout hotel.
The hotel was fabulous, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel were excellent, with very good quality food and great variety. The menu was changed daily. Our junior suite room was unique, we had our own spa in the room, a very comfortable bed, nice soft towels and excellent everyday cleaning service!
Amazing staff very helpful and attentive, hotel is super child friendly & very clean. Access to everything, excursions, car rentals, restaurants, the beach, supermarkets & souvenir shops 100% recommend. Great entertainment for children too. Rooms are super spacious & tv is basically UK free view which was perfect for us.
The hotel was off the busy main street in Alcudia, and was clean & modern. Our room was perfect for our family of 4 - separate bedroom and shared living area/2nd bedroom for the kids. The property was right on the beach, and walkable to many restaurants, which was nice.
The staff was very helpful and welcoming!
Lovely hotel, we stayed here for a week on all inclusive. Rooms, food, staff and facilities are great. Lovely full English breakfast every morning. Good selection of drinks on the all inclusive. It’s a 5 min walk to the stunning beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Amazing hotel, breakfast and pools. It's a really nice cozy atmosphere everywhere and I loved the chill vibe, so it was nice to chill at the pools as well, without any noisy environment (apart from the neighbour's drilling machines during morning yoga).
I loved the breakfast, the staff were lovely and the whole hotel is simple stunning, I believe it is the nicest hotel in the area, great location the beach is seconds away and restaurants are round the corner we never had to really travel far.
