He assures the well-being and comfort of their guests during their stay and takes care of greeting guests on their arrival, and is on-hand if they need anything during their stay. He is also responsible for the cleaning and picking up the key on the departure day. Juan José only speaks Spanish but with the help of Google translateis very good at communication. Property info

Single storey villa with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioning and private pool. Located at the entrance to Chiclana, very close to the commercial zone, and with good access to the highway network. The chalet has capacity for six people and the following set up: two bedrooms with a double bed each, one of them with an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has a trundle bed (two beds, one of which is stored under the other). The accommodation is strategically located along the Carretara de Marquesado, very close to one of the main roundabouts at the entrance to Chiclana.

Neighborhood info

The A-48 that connects Chiclana with the towns of Conil, Vejer, Zahara and Tarifa is just minutes away. The beaches of La Barrosa and Sancti Petri can be reached in 20 minutes by car and the town centre in less than 5 minutes. In the vicinity of the chalet you will find supermarkets and shops such as Sprinter and Décimas. There are restaurants and tapas bars in the neighbourhood, about a 20-minute walk or a two-minute drive away.
