Perfect location in the middle of the desert, really typical of Fuerte with the best restaurant I had on the island. Maria is the best host you can expect
A great base for exploring Fuerteventura. We initially only planned a short visit to the island - almost a tick it off the Canary Islands list - as guide books are all about the beaches and they don't really appeal to us (sunburn and sunstroke!!) However, there was far more to do on the island than we originally thought. The island has clearly developed the idea of torism based on the history of the people living there with a number of museums to help visitors understand their lives - fascinating stuff.

Lovely little village to wander around during the day or night ..few shops, chemist, small well stocked supermarket, yummy bakery and a few places to eat.. easy distance to explore other little villages close by.

Fuerteventura is a great place to visit.
Fuerteventura is a great place to visit. Plenty to see and do for all ages.
We've been going back for a number of years and looking forward to our next visit. Fado Rock Steakhouse in Caletta de Fuste a must, good food and varied menu for all, great service.
Choosing Hotel Rural Era De La Corte will certainly be the best decision you'll make!
The whole structure of the Hotel Rural is perfectly integrated in the landscape and allows you to fully immerse in the mesmerising territory of Fuerteventura.
The atmosphere is truly bucolic!
Special thanks to David, who has been such an always avaliable, resourceful and kind host. He has given us the best advises to visit off-the-map locations and we owe him the most beautiful core memories we've made.
A gorgeous staying in an extremely quiet place. The garden and the pool were a perfect solution for a family with two tiny kids.
Although in Antigua shadow is uncommon, the house was pleasantly fresh both day and night, thanks to its ancient structure and to a lovely breeze.
The host was extremely helpful and kind, and also allowed us a delayed check-out.
Very, very recommended. As the compound has a three sibling houses, it would be a perfect solution also for holidays with friends.
A very pleasant and welcoming place to stay. I felt like I had a great base to visit the island and got a lot of help and recommendations planning my visits. I used the buses which stop at the village of Antigua 15 minutes walk away. There are super markets to buy all the food you need and a few restaurants. Highly recommended if you want to experience a more authentic side of the island and get away from busy tourist sites on the coast. Great for remote work too.
The property is super beautiful and well-maintained. There’s a huge equipped kitchen for cooking your own meals. The room and bathroom were tidy, the bed was really comfy! The owner David is a super friendly and helpful person, he takes an effort to care for the guests and give some information. Within a few minute drive, there’s a supermarket, bakery, and sandwich place (Antigua). I loved my stay there.
Great communication from the host beforehand.
Wonderful villa - easily big enough for the 7 of us and all the amenities needed for our 10 day stay. Very isolated and off the beaten track, but only 20 minutes by car from Caleta or 10 from Antigua. Ideal for what we wanted. Pool and hot tub were great. Would definitely recommend.
The hotel is absolutely amazing. The structure is fantastic, and well kept and beautifully furnished, very cosy and warm. David was an absolute angel, he showed us around and gave us tons of recommendations which made our stay in Fuerteventura simply perfect! I can't wait to go back!
Tiny, cute apartment with huge terrace in La Corte, near Antigua. Comes with everything you need. Very clean! Friendly owners! The shared pool is great! It was nice to have a BBQ as well. Supermarket, cafés and restaurants are in Antigua, 20 min on foot. We had a pleasant stay!
Malole and David and Laura are very welcoming.
The hotel is beautifully decorated.
Inside it is very silent.
Other guests are very respectful.
We had a beautiful view from our room and very nice smell from the mimosa.
Lovely traditional little casita with parking and private terrace. Induction stove. Washing machine shared with the other apartments. Friendly and responsive host. Restaurants, supermarkets and a pharmacy in Antigua.
