Very clean, modern, and spacious hotel. I don’t think it is for children though. I didn’t feel comfortable with my child there. Felt like I couldn’t relax enough. That said, we did enjoy our stay somewhat. It’s a classy hotel with excellent facilities. Air conditioning was good.
Food was pretty good, but I thought it wasn’t up to a 5 star standard. I was only bed and breakfast. So can’t comment on dinner. Overall a nice pleasant stay. Thank you to those lovely staff that I interacted with.
Ps. The chap doing the omelettes and fried eggs needs to cheer up a bit. It seemed like it was all a chore for him….

We found it to be quite clean with lots of choice of bars and restaurants. Also bus and taxi service cheap and easy to use to get about the various resorts. Asian chow mein street food was one of our favourite places to eat as well as Bianca restaurant on the strip - €2.95 for English breakfast!! Favourite place for a drink Long beach club for a drink with fab views. We tried many places to eat and no complaints about anywhere.

Lanzarote is such a lovely place to visit.
Lanzarote is such a lovely place to visit. It is for all ages with both towns old and new. Lovely beaches and the staff are so friendly . The funfair was great with all dance shows and singers. The crazy gold in the new town was so much fun and perfect to have a break from the sun.

Very friendly and beautiful ocean side city, lot of restaurants, supermarkets and shops. You can see the Ironman monument. Very nice long beaches, not too crowded. However tourism is very influenced by the British and you will find many Indian restaurants and British pubs here. Sometimes we felt like in a British colony and not Spain. However I guess thats fine if you’re British. We just wanted to experience more of the Spanish culture. The buses leave every 20 minutes and you can get pretty much anywhere in the island with them.

The resort is lively but not too lively.
The resort is lively but not too lively. The front has an array of bars, restaurants and shops. There is a very good bus service so you can visit other resorts and also plenty of places to walk or cycle to. I really enjoy cafe ola in the late afternoon for the entertainment and also the evening entertainment at Cherry Moon and Spoons

The staff were helpfull and friendly and all parts of the hotel were always spotlessly clean. The food was always tasty and fresh and the bar offered a vast selection od drinks and cocktails included in the all inclusive package. The swimming pools were great. Location was also great, a walk away to the centre with loads of shops, bars and reataurants, as well as very close to the beach. Also a short distance from the airport. Really can't fault it, had an amazing time and would definately stay here again.
My partner and I stay at Casa Olivina regularly and we absolutely love it there. It's in a nice quiet location, but still conveniently close to shops, restaurants and Puerto Del Carmen seafront. The villa is spotlessly clean and we also love the fact that the terraza has a high wall around it giving excellent seclusion and privacy. We are returning to Lanzarote in May and had hoped to book Casa Olivina again, but sadly it's already booked.
The Hotel was in a very good location, easy to get to.
The parking on the street was free, there was always a parking space.
We were in all inclusive and completely satisfied with the food and drinks.
The cocktails in the pool bar were delicious.
We can only recommend It and if We come back to Lanzarote will definitely stay here again.
Pool and lounging area was great. Location was perfect - across the road from the beach and promenade, and lots of nearby restaurants and bars. And easy to rent e-scooters from the promade to make our way into Puerto del Carmen. Staff were super friendly and helpful with info on what to do and see in Lanzarote.
