The best location one can imagine. The see view combined with the magical atmosphere of an old church square with authentic fresh products market and beautiful church related ceremonies. Bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Nice balcony facing sun every morning. Parrots flying around just outside. Pure pleasure. Close to the modern city center just as to charming harbor. 5 min walk from a big free parking. The owner was responsive and kind. The apartment hold very good standard, is spacious and clean.

Huge, bright, very clean and well-equipped holiday apartment, very centrally located in Arrecife. Sea views. Sun all day. Small bus stop in front of the house and major bus interchange (for airport, Puerto del Carmen, etc) about 10mins walk away. Very convenient for people without car. Arrecife's huge city beach only 50m away. Excellent, stable WiFi. Good shower water pressure. Many shops and restaurants as well as bike hire, etc, at walking distance. Excellent service and communication with hosts.

We had an incredible time in Lanzarote at La Concha, the apartments were very comfortable and cleaned every day. Within ten steps you’re on the beach. There’s lots of privacy, you don’t see other guests from the terrace. It’s a 10 min walk to the first set of restaurants on the boulevard and a 20 min walk to the next set of restaurants, including a ‘beach bar’. Also the cleaning staff were really helpful and sweet! They were quick to understand everything we asked. The pool was nice too.

Everything - I wish we spent there more than 1 night! The appartment was spacious, you had most kitchen appliances there, so we could cook the food e wanted. And as a bonus there was a solarium on the roof with hot tub - so you could rest there with ocean view at the time! The views from the appartment are great as well. Staff was helpful and extra-friendly, despite that some of them didn't know English. Location is on spot as well, one of the best places you could find in Arrecife.

This beautiful studio made our trip to Arrecife perfect. (: We were a bit afraid that it might be too loud for us to sleep in the city centre but the appartment is situated in a quiet(er) street. Obviously, our hosts put a lot of effort into the studio. Former guests stated that the bed would be too small and that there was no air condition. To our surprise, the bed was at least 1,60m and a new air condition had been installed. 12 out of ten. ;)

I booked a tent for 5 nights on the balcony and this hostel is one of the best experience I've ever made! I made a mistake and haven't booked my first night, but it was no problem to book extra. I called them at 9pm and they helped me direcrly. The hosts are very kind and friendly and gave me a lot of secret tips for Lanzarote. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in front of the Arrecife beach. I loved everything, the staff is very kind and friendly! I changed 2 rooms and in one of them I did experience some problems with the noise, as I could hear the neighbor next door snoring. Another little problem was the water in the basin and shower: it would strangely get too hot or to cold making difficult to have the perfect temperature. For the rest all good!

The apartment is located in the Charco area, with the best restaurants and bars of Arrecife. It’s also a perfect location for running/ cycling. It’s very easy find free park car just in front door entrance. The apartment decoration is very nice; no noise outside ( perfect place also for work accomodation, better than a small hotel room ). Thanks to Garry for be your guest in this “great place”.

All was good, the house the bathroom, kitchen, fridge, tv.... all you can ask for. You can check my review of the property on my youtube channel Big Joe - Cheap Travels. You will also get the feel for the neighborhood and the city. The price was good, same as some hostels charge in Arrecife with the difference here you have all the room to yourself.

Modern, bright and spacious apartments with all the facilities you need. The beds are extremely comfortable with big fluffy hotel pillows. Wifi works great. Great rooftop area with sun loungers. Staff were quick to respond and very helpful. Also loved that the property uses key pads with access codes so there’s no hassle of having to carry keys.

free private parking, easy access, extremely responsive and helpful host, very clean and spacious property with all the details. it was like a hotel with pretty folded towels, plenty of shampoo and soap, a breakfast tray, a wine bottle (we didn’t end up drinking it), beach toys for the kids, laundry and dryer! looks exactly like photos.

The appartement was very clean and super cute, it had everything we needed for à confortable stay. We very much felt like at home! Plus Bernardino was super welcoming, he gave us advice about the must do’s in Lanzarote and we had a great time. Thanks again :)

Clean. The room has its own bathroom. Price is good. Wifi is good.. Location is great at the heart of Arrecife, which is a great zone in Lanzarote, near to the Marina and the beach.

The location was good. About 15min drive from the airport. Public Bus is available from airport to arrecife. You can find parking around the hotel.
