The bar and swimming pool area, very relaxing and beautiful. The service at the bar was nice, and there was a possibility to rent your own private transats, a bit secluded from the others. From the pool service, you can easily access a promenade place to the sea, its very nice and peaceful.
The staff is very nice too, you can easily order a taxi in the reception.
Lots of activities organised by the hotel too (although I did not attend).
There is also a reception bar, opened until late, with good cocktails

The staff were very welcoming and were extremely attentive, each time we interacted with one they made our daughter feel like the star attraction which was lovely.
The cleanliness was fantastic, I don't think I saw a wrapper anywhere.
The thing that sticks out the most which was incredible is the pool toy recycling box, when it gets to the end of the holiday you put your toys in for the next child to play with instead of buying new ones each time and dumping them somewhere or binning them.
Beer was fantastic too

The lobby and lobby bar were magnificent. Beautiful property overall. The Privilege option was nice with an upgraded sea view room. full service dining rooms, and a separate lounge adjacent to the lobby.. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing. The best breakfast by far among the ten properties where we stayed during our travels through Spain, Portugal and the Canaries. The spa was also very nice with multiple pools, saunas, etc.

Our suite was amazing and had pool and ocean views (Room 220- request it, you won’t regret it) and it was steps from the pool bar and restaurant. It was spacious, updated, clean and the beds were decent. It was also nice to have a separate sitting room with couch and tv for times when you wanted to be out of the sun.
Staff was very friendly and helpful

Playa Blanca is the newest, and arguably quietest, large resort on Lanzarote, which makes it popular with families. It is partially sheltered from the Atlantic winds by the dormant Montaña Roja volcano, and volcanic rock lines its sandy beaches which are spread around a bay.
There are 3 main beaches: Playa Dorada which is popular for watersports, Playa Blanca – the most peaceful, and Playa Flamingo which is overlooked by shops, bars and restaurants serving locally caught seafood. Further east the long stretches of sand give way to the rocky Papagayo Coves whose beautiful scenery is depicted on many a postcard.
A promenade linking the 3 beaches is lined with luxury hotels and resorts available on Booking.com, many offering all inclusive options and some even have their own water park. There are also lots of cheap apartments and private villas in Playa Blanca, some of which overlook Marina Rubicon. The Castillo de las Colorados watchtower sits on a rugged piece of headland looking across the Atlantic Ocean towards the hilly terrain of Fuerteventura.
Ferries to this neighbouring Canary Island depart from just across the bay and offer beautiful views back across the whitewashed buildings towards the mountains behind Playa Blanca.

Playa Blanca is a lovely resort.
Playa Blanca is a lovely resort. Good restaurants along the promenade. The new marina development is lovely and has some nice places to eat as well as nice shops. Check out local attraction spoon in concrete! You can walk along the promenade in either direction for miles, from the marina you can walk to papagayo beach which is stunning. I would avoid if going for beaches as papagayo doesn't have many facilities and the playa blanca town beach is very small and crowded.

Playa Blanca is a great resort with many nice restaurants...
Playa Blanca is a great resort with many nice restaurants and shops, the harbour area is the best part of town with a market twice a week. we didnt like Puerto del Carmen (too many British bars and restaurants), Costa Tequise was OK but there are a lot of lovely villages to explore on the island if you have a car, would recommend Tequise old town, El Golfo for great fish restaurants and Famara for its laid back vibe and nice beaches. beaches and bays around Papagoya were beautiful but need a car to manage the off-road track to reach them

We didn't really visit Playa Blanca because it was too busy, not our scene. However, I ran through it a number of times early in the mornings. There was always a stench of sewage at certain points. We much preferred the marina area.

Playa Blanca is a nice resort which is mainly family...
Playa Blanca is a nice resort which is mainly family orientated but suits couples also. We visited in early July 2024 and stayed close to the marina - there is a more relaxed atmosphere at this end of the resort. There is a good retail mix from upmarket boutiques to bargain souvenir shops and the restaurants are generally good, but busy. For less abled travellers there are quite a few steps in and around the resort so it may not be entirely wheelchair friendly. Myself and my wife really enjoyed the break - we walked from the resort to Papayago beaches every morning (approx 1.5hr round trip over challenging terrain but well worth it for the views and the exercise) and then chilled out around the pool in the afternoon. What more could you ask for?
This was our second time to return, we really enjoyed both our stays. The hotel provides a very relaxing experience given that there are no children allowed and its size, approx 50 rooms. Great pool area for relaxation and great breakfast. Very well located within 5mins walk of the port, with many restaurants and shops on offer/15mins walk to Playa Blanca. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The hotel is in a very good location for access to the sea/seafront promenade, and sits centrally between the harbour and port ends of Playa Blanca.
The hotel staff are welcoming and helpful.
The breakfast is good with a broad choice of items.
The pool and outside areas are well presented and well maintained.
The evening buffet is again varied, albeit geared to more conservative tastes.
The room was very clean with comfortable beds and good bathrooms and kitchen facilities. The location was great, being right on the beach and only a pleasant 10 -15 minute walk to Playa Blanca town centre. We were room only so can't comment on the food etc served at the hotel.
Staff are really attentive and the hotel is very modern and nicely decorated. Really chilled out relaxing hotel. Location based in the heart of the marina, 15 min walk to the beach/20 mins to playa blanca coastal walk. Breakfast was good, not much of a selection of cereals.
Very spacious, south facing, near to Puerto Rubicon. Its a 15 minute drive to the beautiful and unspoiled Playa Papagayo beach, and a 25 minute walk into the centre of Playa Blanca. The maintenance team were efficient and arrived quickly when we had a problem.
