He is also responsible for the cleaning and picking up the key on the departure day. Apartelius handles the online promotion, manages reservations and provides customer service from the moment the reservation is made until the guests arrive at the property. Fidel only speaks Spanish but with the help of Google translate is very good at communication. If guests have any trouble communicating, please contact Apartelius who will be happy to help with any queries. Property info

Lovely villa in Chiclana de la Frontera with a capacity for up to 11 people. This stunning holiday home has a private pool, and porch furnished with exterior furniture made from teak and there are sun loungers. It is the perfect choice for holidays with family or friends. The house is built on two floors and consists of four bedrooms, two of which have double beds and the other two have single beds, of which there are seven in total. There are two bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen and two lounges with plasma TV. The ground floor lounge has comfortable sofas and the upstairs lounge is attic style. Guests can enjoy a large swimming pool and a garden perfect for doing barbecues. If you like to keep an eye on your car, that´s no problem as there is room for several cars inside the property.

Neighborhood info

Located near the centre of Chiclana and just 10 minutes in car from Barrosa beach. There is a Mercadona supermarket just three minutes drive away. Close by you will find various bars, restaurants and cafes for you to sample the superb Andalusian cuisine.
