From the first entry into the car park to the simple check-in process it was nothing short of exceptional. Pablo on reception in particular was so helpful and is a great asset to the hotel. The rooms are very nicely finished and whilst simple in design the finish was at a very high standard, especially at this price point. The hotel was very accommodating and supported me in having a work-related meeting providing lovely coffees throughout. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is walking distance from the train station and in front of a bus stop that will take you to Madrid in less than half an hour. It is a very cozy hotel, with nice rooms and very friendly and helpful staff, really close to multiple dining options and a beautiful central park in Tres Cantos. Plus a lovely breakfast in the morning, definetly recommended.

While judging the location is usually subjective as it is highly circumstantial, for me it was perfect, as it is located close to the motorway to Alcobendas and greater Madrid area. There also is a train station and the Tres Cantos city center near by, so an overall pretty decent and convenient location outside of the Madrid metropolitan area.

The town has plenty of public spaces, many play grounds for kids, rich in dining spots. It looks like IT hub, with many companies, campuses and young population. The hotel has free parking, the place around is safe. It is ran down a bit and requires a new breathing, but overall there are no major flaws and the best it can offer - value for its money.
