Spectacular 250 m2 designer villa on a 600 m2 plot, close to San Juan Beach. Between the golf course and the sea. A real luxury! It has a private swimming pool, four bedrooms, fully furnished, with bed linen included, one of which has a double bed and three double beds. Sleeps 8 in total. Three bathrooms and a toilet. The master suite is over 20 metres in size, with a large dressing room, bathroom with shower, underwater lighting and views of the garden. 60-metre living room with automatic pellet fireplace, TV available in several languages: English, French... Island kitchen with views of the garden and Siemens appliances. Laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Spacious indoor common areas. Porches and terraces measuring over 100 square metres, equipped with sun loungers. We only accept small dogs (up to 10 kg), with an additional cleaning fee 30 euros per stay. Please consult us in advance if you are travelling with a pet. The house is ideal for families or quiet groups who wish to enjoy a respectful residential environment.
I am Jose Luis, the owner. I designed and built the villa with love and attention to detail for my family. Now I am offering it to you, so that you can enjoy its design, quality and comfort for your family gatherings or get-togethers with friends around the pool and barbecue, or by the cosy designer fireplace in winter. My greatest wish is that you enjoy the villa and the surrounding golf courses, beaches and restaurants in Alicante and that you will always have unforgettable memories. The airport is located about 22 kilometres away and 18 minutes by taxi, at an approximate cost of 30 euros. We will welcome you on your arrival and give you all the information you need about the villa, the city and the activities you can do.
The villa is located in a very quiet private residential area of detached houses. It is within walking distance of all amenities, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, shops, banks, post office, tram and bus stops, but on a private plot offering complete tranquillity. San Juan Beach is less than 5 km away, Alicante Golf Club is 3 km away and the yacht club is 4 km away, where you can enjoy sailing and other water sports. The spectacular Arena Gym is 2 km away, as are the archaeological remains of Lucentum. The city centre of Alicante is 7 km away, 12 minutes by car, taxi or bus, with the El Corte Inglés shopping centre and the main retail chains on Avenida Maisonnave. The fun city of Benidorm is 35 km and 30 minutes away by car, with the Terra Mítica amusement park, the Terra Natura wildlife park and the Aqualandia and Faunolandia water parks. The elegant villas of Altea, Javéa, Denia, or the City of Arts in Valencia.
