Mean minded and petty staff. Over priced. The food at the buffet is tasteless plastic. This hotel falls well short of the spectacular aesthetic one is initially greeted with. The namaste greetings and message of peace love and harmony is difficult to reconcile with the little facsist who would not let me leave the breakfast buffet with one pancake for my child who was sick in the room. (The breakfast had already been paid for.) booked a room with two beds. The hotel refused to properly confirm the reservation. Booked with dinner included. The hotel refused to honour this Saying it was a third party misadvertisement. (They still kept the payment for it though.) This hotel DOES NOT have functioning WiFi. The concierge desk is pointless. I have no expectation that anyone “should” speak english. However they claim to provide multilingual services and they do not. I speak English German and French. But understand that in this hotel you need to speak Spanish or they can not communicate. Any semblance of having fun or craic in the swimming pools is frowned upon. The life guard lost his mind when a small english three year old a tiny ball in the pool. The replace looks pretty and this are amazing. Bit of you want a good experience in terms of service, food and friendliness give it a miss. If you need internet to work don’t go here. I was charged for a cappuccino and drinks I did not have or order!!! I just paid because we were in a hurry and arguing would have been too much hassle.
