A lovely city with lots of interesting attractions and restaurants. Would definately recommend doing a walking food tour to get a real feel for the place. Outside the old town there isnt so much to see, but plenty inside the old town. Like all cities now be aware of pick pockets. We had an incident when walking round the main shopping area, luckily nothing taken thanks to an eagle eyed shopkeeper, but rucksack was opened, so could have been so much worse. Had a fabulous day on the beach at Ca'n Pere Antoni and ate in the Seamill after, which was lovely and just a few minutes walk to get to from main town.

I liked Palma a lot, would stay longer if we had more time.
I liked Palma a lot, would stay longer if we had more time. We went on catamaran boat trip around the island right after we arrived. After the trip we sat at the restaurant on the beach and had a dinner watching a sunset. We then took a taxi back to our hotel. We had a nice walk around downtown area where we stayed before we went to bed. I would use another airline instead of Ryanair because their service was terrible.

Good to walk through especially the modern market.
Good to walk through especially the modern market. Beware of the presence of pick pockets near the Soller station. Work in teams, block your way with seemingly innocent stoppages, while pick pockets get to work. Found a hand in my pocket and reacted quickly, so no harm done. Lots of places to eat, but can be expensive.

In danger of being ruined by over tourism.
In danger of being ruined by over tourism. Cruise liners disgorging thousands of passengers into the historic centre. The locals are quite right to call for change. With careful preparation one can escape the crowds, but you need to do your homework.

Had a great stay at this boutique hotel in the old town. All the main attractions and restaurants were within easy walking distance. The hotel breakfast had a superb, fresh selection of food. Our room was very clean and comfortable, however it was a little bit smaller than I was expecting. The rooftop space with little pool was a great addition. Best thing of all - the professional and friendly staff.
The hotel was located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to bars & cafes, with a supermarket around the corner. Free upgrade on arrival to a pool view. Two pleasant pool areas, with poolside bar & restaurant. A ten minute walk to the marina and restaurants. A 30-40 minute walk to the City Centre and Old Town. Taxi back from both was 4 or 5 Euros. Early morning taxi to airport was 25 euros.
Staff were excellent, very friendly and gave us lots of information about the city eg where to eat, drink etc.
The room was a good size, bigger than I expected and the bed was extremely comfortable. The towels were large and fluffy and the bed linen very good quality.
The location of the hotel was super, in the Old Town close to everything.
Fabulous little boutique hotel in an old building renovated in a sympathetic style to the surroundings. Such friendly and helpful staff and huge comfy beds!
Exquisite facilities and so close to everything in the old city.
Breakfasts were superb and can be eaten on the terrace or inside.
Breakfast was very good. Location is perfect in the heart of the city, the room and treats are very good. Staff was briliant. If you want to stay in the old town, I definately recommend this hotel.
