The pool and grounds were beautiful. Quiet and felt safe with the locked gates. No fans or AC in any bedrooms except for the master bedroom - we had to buy fans for the other bedrooms.

The apartment was adequate. I assumed from the photos it had back yard access from the apt but I was wrong. There was green space close though so I could walk my dogs. The place was clean and the art work was cute.
Very Spanish village . Sociable inhabitants. Beautiful 16century castle, wall etc. Good local bus connections. Hotel Rioja has excellent restaurant, and a good selection of restaurants, including 2 Chinese, in Lliria, 1km down the road.
