Brilliant location, very close to several landmarks that are a must to visit in Tenerife, right next to Los Gigantes, close to Masca and an hour by car to Teide. Great pools, great food, nice staff and it's right next to the beach of Playa de la Arena with black sand. A great value for money option for those who are seeking a good all inclusive stay.

Initial door entry was problematic as the key to the security door was inside the apartment and we had to wait until someone came out of the building to get in. The doors to the balcony opened but would not shut and although this was reported and an assurance given that the matter would be attended to, nothing happened. Overall we were pleased with the accommodation and enjoyed the holiday, although the resort was quite hilly, which made it difficult to get around and down to the beach area.

Compared to big resorts Puerto de Santiago was a quiet town perfect for resting and escaping from hustle and bustle. There were some buses to use nevertheless a car was a great option to move around the island from Puerto de Santiago. The beach was rather small with black sand.

The facilities were clean and the breakfast was good.
The facilities were clean and the breakfast was good. The pictures on line make it look far nicer then it is. Our balcony looked straight across the street into a residential building. The street was very loud. It is located at the end of a shopping strip. The location is far from beach and tourist spots.
I booked it on a 4 star rating but later found it is rated as 2 star.

Very nice place with stunning views but a lot of hills and a lack of artificial beaches. I prefer natural shore though but generally playa La Arena was the only choice in terms of beach time. Nice place to stay for 2 days and move somewhere else. There is almost nothing to do in the evening apart from a couple of bars. But I have to say during my 2 week stay in the winter, the weather was the best in Puerto Santiago and Los Gigantes area. Keep that in mind. Its also a good starting point to see Teide, Masca and Puerto de la Cruz but very far away from Santa Cruz. Next time I will 100% choose Santa Cruz instead of any Tenerife Sur town. Just too many tourists everywhere. Santa Cruz is different.
On the other hand nearby Los Gigantes offers many nice cruises, kayaks, e-bikes, trekking routes etc. So for more active people imo its a good place to be.

A lovely small place with a good choice of restaurants and bars. Probably not for younger holiday makers who may prefer a more lively resort. But if you like a nice relaxing holiday with a good selection of nice bars and places to eat then this is lovely. You must be reasonably fit as the road and paved areas are quite hilly. There are some nice walks to local villages and beaches if you like to walk a bit rather than just sun lounge all day. Lovely place for a relaxing holiday.

We spent an amazing week in Tenerife. The hosts, Maria and Christian, were super friendly and helpful. They picked us up at the airport and were always available to answer to our questions. The apartment was clean, cozy and very well equipped with everything you may need. We did not miss anything. It has a breathtaking view to the ocean and La Gomera. We could admire the beautiful sunset from the balcony every evening. The location is perfect with shops, restaurants, and beaches around.
Thank you Maria and Christian.
The apartament is really big and comfortable, clean and with all you need in the kitchen. Each aprtement has its own large terrace to relax. Access to the hotel pool is included (nice water temperature even in winter). The location is optimal for trips to the volcan Tende, to do dolphins watching or travelling to Masca. Staff was super helpful and kind. I forgot a personal item when we left the hotel and they kindly arrange to ship it back to me by post!
excellent deluxe room, great breakfast and coffee, wifi works well. Liked the location. I only stayed overnight but many people spend 7-10 days there. Excellent walking/ running trail along the ocean 1 km east of hotel starts at the Martini restaurant. Great walk to Los Gigantes as well. Many excellent restaurants in the area and I wouldn’t suggest all inclusive for 1-2 days because the food quality is almost always better in the local restaurants.
Staff was always great and not their fault how the hotel is managed in any way.
Best part of the staff were the waiters and at the bar. Cleaning did a great job and very flexible.
The food at the bar was much better then every in that poor buffets.
Perfect location for great view and to relax.
The room was modern and good. The beds in the room were comfortable.
Soft drinks and alcohol drink at buffet were up to a hotel standards.
We spent an amazing week in Las Rosas. Loved our villa, the view - spectacular!, we enjoyed the pool, and other facilities (bar, store). We liked the location - visited many beaches around, natural pools, plenty of restaurants close to the hotel, Lidl is just around the corner.
Big shoutout to the employees- smiling, helpful, attentive- thank you, all! We hope to be back
a really nice apartment, super clean with many amenities, comfortable with a pool several meters from your door and the beach 7min walking down the hill. I always managed to find a parking spot in the street in front of the building very quickly. I really liked the place and the price is absolutely fine for a couple when comparing it to other places in Tenerife.
The best 2 things about this property for us were the location and the views from the balcony. The location is quiet, near the natural pool and within a short walk of Los Gigantes, Puerto de Santiago and Playa de la Arena. The views are outstanding. This was our 3rd visit to the area but our best view so far.....loved it.
The owner is punctual responsive and friendly. The view was great and the proximity to two very good traditional fish restaurants was great. All you need in the apartment for cooking and washing clothes. A good place for me to relax for just under a week at reasonable prices for the time of the year in south Tenerife.
I really liked the realization that once you book an apartment on Booking and it doesn't meet your expectations at all, like getting 2 beds when you book for 3, you have no platform for complaints and reimbursement nor have you rights as a guest that otherwise you would in a hotel.
We love the facilities, swimming pools, entertainment and the apartment itself was a good size with lovely views in a great location.
The food at the restaurant was good quality, best coffee I had in a hotel/apartment, lovely waiters/waitresses and good selection of food.
The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the owners were amazing. Balcony in the sea view 🌅. The owners went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Puerto de Santiago.🙏 Thank you ❤️
the most amazing property on the island or really anywhere in the world! everything worked, everything was clean, many extra towels, easy to use washer dryer, tons of parking and the best view you will find in Tenerife.. Indisputable
Amazing hotel, one of the best I have ever been to.We had ocean view suite and the apartment was massive.Big, heated swimming pools which we absolutely loved.Food and drinks were exceptional as well.We are planning to go back soon.
Great place, nice view :) perfect for a place to reach all the parts of Tenerife :) We really enjoy contact with the owner. Helped us when we were a little bit late at the arrival :)
Place was clean, with a nice terrace.
It’s modern, fully equipped flat for super-comfy leisure in the west of Tenerife. Paulina who managed our stay is the sweetest person, helped us with getting to the flat from the airport and made us feel like home.
Location and staff were good. The best was the open space between eating area and the pool. Pool was nice and clean.
Food was good as well, for both breakfast and dinner. Lunch at the hotel was at a fair price.
We liked the chill zone in the back, workout zone and a space to work in quiet. Love the view on the ocean, how open the hotel was and staff was always smiley and helpful.
Marvellous hotel. Beautifully situated and excellent staff. Night time entertainment for kids top class. Probably the best breakfast we've ever had in a hotel!
