Nazaret is a very quite place to stay in if you want to be away from all the main towns and the noise that's in them. Depends what you'd like in your time off. We chose Nazaret as a family on holiday for a few reasons: 1. Number one and the most important for our holiday: Placed in the middle of the island, you can plan trips quite easy. One day you can travel north, one day south, one day in Costa Teguise, and so on. You're basically 30-45 minutes away from any attraction. 2. I used to live in Playa Blanca (amazing place 🤩) for about 7 months about 8 years ago, and knew since then that Nazaret was a very quite place to stay/live in. 3. The accommodation we found there was offering pretty much everything we needed for our holiday and was a very good value for money. 4. Walking distance from a very good attraction, Lagomar Museum. 5. If you're into hiking and walking up the hills, there is space to do so and get some very good views with that as well.

Nazaret is a good base from which to explore the island.

Nazaret is a good base from which to explore the island. It is quieter than the major resort towns and is not the place to be if you are looking for high energy nightlife with bars and clubs. The Nazaret Sociedad offers good value traditional meals and has a good bar area. There is a small but well stocked Spar supermarket. Lagomar, Omar Sharif's old house, is well worth a visit and is in walking distance. Teguise is also only 3 Km away and well worth visiting and if adventurous taking on the Sunday market.

A mostly modern, upmarket and attractive, residential village. Walking distance to Lagomar which is a must visit, and has a bar and restaurant. Nearest supermarket is in Teguise, a town we loved for its older buildings, cobbled streets and wealth of eateries.

Great HUGE house considering we were only 3. It was a bit too cold to use the pool, but we did make use of the BBQ. Location in Nazaret was good as it is roughly in the middle of the island, so easy to get anywhere really but you do need a car as buses are infrequent. The landlady was super friendly and helpful. She helped us book a cab for the days when we did not want to use the rental. She also made sure there was some lighter breakfast items and milk in the house for when we arrived.

Due to its excellent location in a village called Nazaret it is a close distance to all the must-to-see attractions on the island.
