The rooms are small, but very clean. The hotel is clean in general. The all inclusive restaurant is okay, the food is not great, but not terrible. I liked that they have sangria on tap, very good sangria but very poor wines. A lot of cocktails to choose from for the AI (Pima Colada, Daiquiri, Margarita, etc), but for some things you have to pay (special coffees, Mojitos). The staff at the bar and the animation team were great. They have a looot of activities - we had casino night, aqua gym, acrobatic show.

Very good and comfortable hotel. Quite far from the sea, but if you have a car - it's not a problem, you can drive to different beaches. Parking space is also not a problem. We had a very good view from the room and a nice terrace. The pool had cold water but enough space for sunbathing.

We had half-board at the Royal level and both the breakfast and dinner were outstanding. The breakfast, dinner, and pool staff were incredible. The location was great for us, much quieter than other locations on Tenerife.

If you want to rest and relax this is the place for you. There are no nightclubs and not a noisy place. Only thing I would recommend if flying with Ryanair arrive 3 hours prior to flight if you want to get food and make purchases. They only have 3 checkin desks for all flights and they let the nearest flight skip the queue even though they are late. Checkin with luggage takes at least 1.5 hours. Security is quite fast. Sort of long walk to gate and a passport control to get through to our gate after security. Ryanair at fault. Not airport.

We love this resort as it has everything you need and the selection of bars and restaurants is fabulous. San blas square has something for everyone and we particularly enjoyed a lovely meal at Old Fasioned at the top square. The bus links to other resorts was great with nice pathed walkways into Los Abrigos which is a small pleasant fishing village with a great selection of restaurants.

Amazing place if you want a calm holiday. However it took 5 minutes by taxi to get somewhere slightly lively and 15 minutes from Siam Park and Las America.

nice area bars, restaurants close by. lovely pool area and outside areas. room little tired, towels small and thin you had to keep for3 days but after a shower needed fresh. we've been going to Tenerife apartments owned by diamond resorts now Hilton for many years so each year we noticed that services have not improved. we had a lovely time but have decided that we will not return. we think we can get better value for money else where.
Cleanliness, very organized, activities especially the Show. The food was great and the Steakhouse was awesome. My flight was around 5pm, the staff ensued I was comfortable by allow me continuous access to the property and provided a meal as we waited to leave. Bahia Principe definitely met all my expectations as a Five Star Hotel..
The house is located in residential area and car is reccomended to visit the beautiful Tenerife.
I loved the beautiful terrace, just over the ocean, the restaurants nearby and the walkpath in both directions.
Communication with serena was easy as well as the check in process.
Best apartment in the whole Amarilla golf
The management group is very fortunate to have Elena & Mario running the hotel. They are both kind & immensely helpful in numerous ways - eg. tours, restaurants, taxis, etc. and keep the rooms impeccable; and they enjoy handling the daily operations of the hotel. Best bed in all my recent travels.
The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very clean, it was ready 2 hours before normal check in time, the staff were nice, the left luggage facility was helpful and the close proximity to a nice coastal walk and bus to Tenerife South airport. The WhatsApp facility for questions was great.
The apartment was very clean and modernly furnished. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with absolutely everything you need.
Great stay, we would definitely return when in Tenerife.
And they also let us have a fee late check out. Thank you very much :).
The host was fantastic. Arrived greeted and given fruit basket for kids. And beers and bottle of wine in fridge for adults. Superb attention to detail from host. The pool was superb. Very secure location with plenty of free parking. Highly recommend for a base to enjoy tenerife.

Everything went well. The overall cleanliness and comfort of Wyndham Tenerife was absolutely fantastic. The staff were amazing. They cleaning crew work tirelessly to keep the inside and outside immaculate.
Fantastic location and the communal swimming pool was even heated, (apparently until end of April). The cafe and staff were also really good fun and the coffee was one of the best I have had in Tenerife!
It's a very spacious villa. Everyone had their own space but also stayed together.
Shame we didn't get to explore Tenerife a little more but it was only because the villa was too good to be true.
Great location for our needs. Short walk to restaurants, shops and bars. Tenerife bowls club a short walk and provides all you need for a game plus food, drink and entertainment very friendly.
our balcony was practically one top of the ocean. What an amazing view. it was our anniversary and hotel staff had a complimentary bottle of champagne waiting for us in the amazing room.
