The breakfast was amazing. So many options and the food was very good. The location was great. Only a two minute walk to the beach and plenty of little shops around was awesome. The room was also very nice with plenty of space. The wristband room keys were very cool and convenient. We never had to worry about forgetting our room key.

Breakfast was great (glad that there was smoked turkey alternate to bacon, since I don't eat pork). Room was spacious and clean. The water pressure in the shower was great, and it was great that there were shampoo and body gel and lotion, all of which were of great quality. Staff was always helpful and welcoming. Location is pretty decent, close to the Cala Major beach and not far from downtown Palma.

PASSPORT AND MONEY STOLEN FROM OUR ROOM!!! I would NEVER ever recommend this hotel, somebody stole my passport and my friend’s money from our suitcases. When I tried to talk to the reception, she woman even dared to say “why would I wanted your Brazilian passport in Spain?”. Unbelievable, I had to spend the rest of my holidays going to the police otherwise I couldn’t go back home!
