Villajoyosa is a beautiful place to visit with lots to see and do. It is not too busy and there are lots of beautiful beaches. There is an excellent transport system trams, trains and buses that are very cheap and easy to use. There are wonderful restaurants, bars, museums and a port to visit.

Beautiful Villajoyosa. Peaceful and quiet. Very relaxing and chilled vibes. Lots of history and culture. Fabulous beach . Great bars and restaurants . Lovely friendly locals . Wander the narrow streets of old town , try some tapas in local bars and relax .

Villajoyosa is a great place to stay.
Villajoyosa is a great place to stay. Much quieter than eg Benidorm and close to Alicante Airport. The local beach is nice and welcoming and walking alongside it is joyful. However the town itself doesn't offer much to do. I must emphasise the location of Villajoyosa is perfect as it's sandwiched between Alicante and Benidorm, which you can reach in 30 minutes by car. There are many great places to visit in the region such as Bocairent town, Algar springs, Old Town in Altea, and for those who like hiking Puig Campana mountain.

Nice quaint apartment, very clean and had everything you need for a short stay. Very close to all amenities and the beach was only a 7 minute walk. The host was very helpful and clear with instructions for checking in and out and responded quickly to any questions we asked. All in all a great accommodation. The proprietor is friendly and helpful and the accommodation is spotlessly clean. Our beds were comfortable and the shower was powerful and with nice hot water. Our room also had a little balcony which we enjoyed sitting on in the evening. Hostal Rosa may be basic accommodation but it is very good and we enjoyed our stay. The room itself would not have been out of place in a 2* or 3* hotel. Recommended.

Rooms are spacious and with traditional furniture. Breakfast is excellent, so is the staff at the breakfast. The view to the sea is simply stunning. The pool is right at the edge of the cliff, a great place to relax. The beach below is not sandy but with stones, but that is not a problem for us
