## The space This pretty one bedroom apartment completely renovated with a 10m2 terrace offering a nice view . Ideal location in the heart of Juan les Pins. This apartment consists of: - Secure building entrance - An equipped kitchen (coffee machine, hotplates, fridge) - A bedroom with a double bed - A terrace - Aair conditioning, storage, ironing board and iron - A private shower room with toilet, washing machin -INTERNET, AIR CONDITIONING The accommodation can accommodate up to 2 people. - A double sofa bed in the living room ## Guest access Guests have access to the entire place. ## Other things to note The apartment is on the 3 floor 1 kit of bed linen is included per bed upon arrival. On bath towel per person is also included in your reservation. One kitchen cloth, bathroom rug and on toilet paper roll are upon arrival. Cleaning is also included in the rental price. However, the dishes must be cleaned and the trash cans thrown away. I
