Regarding The hotel location its amazing as its just 2 minutes walk to RER C line (yellow one) which is the same train line to Effiel tower, Versaille palace and Notre Dame.
Also, its 4 minutes walk to carrfour market which is excellent.
There’s a bus station infront of the station and Qwartz Mall (includes primark, zara…) is just 3 bus stations.
A big pharmacy and restaurant on the corner of the hotel.
The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and know English well.
The hotel is very clean and comfort.
My advise to read the important information and hotel policy /facilities very well as everything written is true.

One of the best experiences we have ever had staying in a hotel. The hosts were absolutely exceptional: always concerned with our comfort, helping us with travel plans, and giving us their personal recommendations. Very personalized care and attention. The breakfasts were amazing: fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh baguette and croissants, jams, eggs and cheeses and more. Hotel was only a short train ride to downtown Paris. Hotel is also located in a town with fantastic restaurants. This hotel is a must stay when visiting Paris.
The place was bright and welcoming. Getting the keys was tricky but once figured out, it all made perfect sense. They are doing a good job getting you in. It was safe. The appartment was big enough for all of us and it did not feel crowded at all.
The only downside was that the dishwasher did not work. We washed by hand and with all of us, not really a big deal.
Amazing stay.

One afternoon there was live music in the neighborhood park. Great and friendly event. Great bakery and large grocery store nearby. Easy and close access to busses and rail transportation for trips to downtown and sightseeing attractions.

A very pleasant area to stay, if a little distant from the centre of Paris. To put that in context, we walked to the Place de la Concorde on a number of occasions and each time this took approximately 90 minutes.
Food wise the area is very well served for those who wish to buy their own provisions or eat out. We did a mixture of both.
Access to the centre of Paris by public transport (which I would recommend) was inexpensive with an appropriate train available every 10 - 15 minutes. The station was a 30 second walk from the apartment.

Very nice building and facilities; very friendly staff; quiet neighborhood. Tranquility outside Paris, although only served by a train station right aside. The subway to get to the center of Paris is quite far away.

Terrible terrible service.
Terrible terrible service. The worst place we’ve ever stayed. The receptionist made derogatory comments about my nationality and behaved like a teenager when he had to open the door for us. Just pathetic.

we really enjoyed our holiday in paris . don't regret staying at this hotel, and will definitely come back here again. if we visit paris . the mattresses they have are very, very comfortable (I would love if you guys leaked the brand) because I forgot to take a picture of your mattress brand 😁 . the hotel is very clean , they even have a coffee machine , small kitchen with fridge and stove . of course with cutlery . the staff is very good . and 1 minute walk to the metro, making it very easy to explore Paris.
everything is new, clean , cozy ….
lovely welcoming owner,,, although we made a last minute reservation ( late at night) he was kind and sent us all the information needed about getting there , the place where we can find the key …..
The other thing that made our stay easygoing was the big private parking just down the building… as Paris Is a very crowded city it was a good thing to have a parking for the car .
The proximity to the metro station is great, supermarket and McDonalds are next door. The price is okay and being on the 9th floor was nice. I like the electronic access of the hotel and room. You get a fridge and a small kitchen to prepare something simple. Furniture was good, fairly recent.
The hotel is super nice, new, clean, comfortable. Great beds and spacious bathroom. Staff is very nice and helpful.
Near the hotel you can find pharmacy, bulangerie, supermarket, Mac Donald’s and metro station- all in 1-2 min walk, which is also great.
I loved the view! I was lucky enough to get a room with the view of the Eiffel Tower. I was so grateful that I could watch it sparkle every night during my stay. This hostel is very close to the train station you need to get into Paris.
The most thing I like the assistant from Maria, she is very nice and helpful person. She deserves bonus due to her attitude and assistance. The hotel itself is nice and cheaper than other hotels in regards of summer season.
Liked the hotel very much. The staff is nice and smiling. Very clean. The room is nice and clean and comfortable. Near the hotel there are many buses and trams, it's good to get to the city center.
Very spacious, suitable for large families/groups, quite close to 2 metro stations (Les Agnettes and Asnières-Les Courtilles on ligne 13), well equipped, quiet neighbourhood.
Bonus: kind hosts.
Appartament was really nice. It was very bright, clean, had 2 beds (one of them was a couch), cozy.
It was not near the metro, but there were no problems to get there.
We had a wonderful time. The hosts were so lovely, the breakfast was delightful and it was easy to get into central Paris. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Lovely, clean rooms, warm and welcoming, helpful owners. Excellent breakfast. Great location. Great shower and bath rooms. Easy to get into Paris proper.
