## The space The apartment is located in the city center of Juan les Pins just a few minutes walk from all amenities. It is located in a secure residence. The apartment is a residence with lift and is composed as follows: - Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, hotplates, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, toaster) open to the living room with a dining - A living room with a 120cm sofa bed and TV - A double bed in an alcove - Bathroom: bath, basin, mirror, WC. The apartment is fully has Internet. ## Guest access Travelers have access to the entire accommodation. ## Guest interaction I live in Antibes so I am always there to help and advise you. I will welcome you at the bottom of the building to give you the keys and give you information about the apartment. The apartment is managed by a company in charge of ensuring the smooth running of your stay. You can contact our entire team by phone, SMS or email. ## Other things to note Linen and bath towels are included in your reservation depending on the number of travelers registered on your reservation. A change of sheets or a cleaning service during your stay is possible. Do not hesitate to contact our team for a quote. 1 tea towel, 1 bath mat, 1 roll of toilet paper and soap samples are at your disposal on your arrival. Cleaning is also included in the rental price. However, the dishes must be cleaned and the bins thrown away when you leave. The apartment was redone in 2020. There is a parking spot in the building for a citadine type of car. Big cars won't be able to fit. You will be able to park in the street up to availability.

## The neighborhood In the heart of the city, you can do everything on foot and even go to the tip of the famous Cap d'Antibes where you will find private beaches and nature reserves. You are in a lively and peaceful neighborhood. In summer you can browse the shops that open later in the evening so you can enjoy them after dinner. You also have private beaches which have their restaurants close to the apartment. ## Getting around To get to the apartment: - You can take the train and stop at the Juan les Pins SNCF station which is a 10-minute walk away. - You can take the car and take the Antibes exit on the A8 motorway which is 20 minutes from the accommodation. - If you are coming from the airport, the apartment is 20-30 minutes away by car.
