This room was a stopover on our way back to the United States. Nadine welcomed us and we conversed with her while settling in. She helped correct my French grammar; I was trying to tell her how much we enjoyed the locally produced wines (the Provence region) and said that we liked "sec blanc vin" (dry white wine.) But I got the word order wrong, the noun comes first in French, so she told me it should be "vin blanc sec" - and promptly went to her kitchen and returned with a couple glasses of delicious vin blanc sec! Nadine is a gem. I would absolutely stay here again.
