Newly refurbished apartment (July 2018), located in the city center of Lille, within the fully secured building "Les Studiantes" right by the 2 railway stations of Euralille (Eurostar) and Lille Flandres. Very bright and calm apartment on the 2nd floor, with courtyard view and escalator accss. The studio is fully equipped for business and leisure travelers (Linen, bath towels, cable and wifi connection). The living room has an hardwood floor and is divided into 4 living spaces : • A night area with a 160*200cm double bed, dressing and bedside table; • A lounge area with a BZ sofa bed, coffee table and flat screen HD TV; • A working area with desk and a chair; • A meal area All amenities available for your stay : Expresso coffee machine, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, ... Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom separate from main living room.

Great and esaily localisation in the dowtown close to La Grand Place, Le Theatre Du Nord and the Old Town. The apartment is in front of Lille Flandre Station and two minutes by walk from Lille Europe Station. Perfect for a business trip, student or tourist trip (Family or friends) Very close to the metro to go to Pierre Mauroy Stadium for sport event or concerts (15 min to go to the apartment to the stadium)
