The host, Joan, was super nice, meeting us and showing us everything. The room is a studio and felt like a large hotel room with separate kitchen and walk out patio with a sea view. Clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable.
Kitchen was well stocked, with coking and cleaning needs: oven, microwave, fridge, and even a small dishwasher. Grocery, restaurants and bus are steps from the apartment. Very close to Nice, Eze, and Monaco. Take 15 minute hike from apartment to Mala beach. You won’t regret the view from the public portion of the beach.

It's right beside Monaco so access is easy, but visiting once is more than enough, it's a headache to get around this place. Even with GPS is easy to get lost. The restaurants are decent but they are looking to gouge you on everything, good to visit for a couple of days but then I could not wait to leave.

It is a small resort village on a steep slope over the sea.
It is a small resort village on a steep slope over the sea. The only beach in town (beach Mala) requires walking down and then climbing up for 10-15 minutes from the village center and 16-20 minutes from the top. It is an effort, and the beach is beautiful. There is no promenade. The access to the road Nice- Monaco is very fast and easy.

This is the least exciting place unless you have a purpose to stay in Cap d'Ail. Beach Mala is way overrated. and you have to take about 300 steps to get down there (and 300 steps back up). There are plenty of better beaches on the coast.

We was just in the border of Monte Carlo and Monaco... didn’t get to do the beach side as didn’t stay long enough but over all loved it.. many harbours to visit and see.. famous F1 track which I drove on the way out for our last day... amazing stuff.. palace and small side streets full of food and culture.. loved it and will be back in the near future.

Beautiful town with gorgeous views and beaches.
Beautiful town with gorgeous views and beaches. Very calm and serene, the locals are lovely and the walk to the beach is short. it is also very close to monaco- only a few stops on the bus, so it’s convenient to get around by bus or train

The apartment was lovely and clean.
The apartment was lovely and clean. The view was awesome Hosts are very friendly
The only issue we had was taxi drivers couldn’t find the address. And due to works around it it was noisy in the mornings.
Karina, our host was super nice, helpful and always ready to assist. The parking is convenient, and the view from the pool is stunning. The center, supermarkets and beach is a 15 min walk, Monaco 45 mins away by foot, great place overall. People with health issues should be aware though that walking up to the property from the train station/center/beach takes significant effort.
The hotel looks and feels like a classical hotel, with a nice chandelier hanging in the entrée. It has a hotel bar and generally looks like it belongs in Monaco. I only booked a small double room and the emphasis should be on small. the shower/bathroom was a one-person shimmying affair.
Sara was really helpful and explained everything.
Included parking place.
Proximity to Monaco.
Sea view.
All in all if you get a good price its a good value for the money.
Nice idea with wooden stairs and concret buildings next to the rock cliffs.
The host was very helpful and responsive before, during and after our stay
Space apartment
Free parking
Had all necessary things for a 1 night stay (shampoo, soaps, coffee etc)
Nice Small garden
Netflix was a good surprise for the kids too
Le quai des Princes might look good on photos, but is a truly miserable place. The standards of interiors is very poor, old and worn, so if you are looking for a place with a decent, at least basic standard this is not for you.
Great location, boutique like hotel. A 10 minute walk to Mala beach. stunning views that has a walking path. One of the best restaurants, gorgeous views 15 min Made a special trip to back. Right next to a beach club.
Very comfortable and clean. Kitchen has microwave and hot plate, and well equipped for casual meal prep. Good location, nice walk to Monaco along the coastal path. Efficient communication with hosts
Everything was very good , very clean lovely terrace room . Very helpful and friendly staff with a great coastal location . Bus stop just outside hotel for Monaco to Nice Route
Very good hotel, very well located, with a spacious room. Parking place just nearby (free for the night and very cheap from 9:00 a.m.). Excellent restaurant!
