very clean and comfortable apartment with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. It was easy to find and get into with the instructions received by email. I didn't see there was a 350 deposit, but it was blocked on the card through a thrid party website and reverted the same day as our checkout.

The staff is terrific and provided much needed guidance on local options such as the télépherique and local communes. I did not take breakfast but it looked good. They have coffee and tea available at all hours, very nice.
