The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. Started my stay off in a great mood. The swimming pool facilities were brilliant and lovely. And the room was spacious and comfy.

Good choices at breakfast but it would be great if the coffee machine could be checked regularly as it wasn’t working - however staff helpful when I asked for help with this .

The cottage has the most beautiful gardens and the village is perfect with shop, pub, take away and a park perfect for the dog. Train to Edinburgh 300 yards down the road. Beach and Livingston short drive away. It has it all!
