Everything ! I've been before and will be back again.
Bright, clean well furnished room with lovely en suite. Very fair price, Superb meals
I am struggling to think of anything!!
The outstanding feature of the Navigator is the comfort of the beds. The staff are friendly and helpful. The water is hot and plentiful. The TV works. (There is also free wi-fi, although I didn't use it, and I'm told the restaurant food is excellent.) Breakfast was nice.
My room was a bit cramped and awkward but I can't say this mattered when all the important things were excellent at a really reasonable price.
Have stayed at the Navigator before. This time in a separate building. As always lovely friendly staff, good breakfast, very clean room.
Homely feeling, lovely food, friendly staff, rooms lovely and warm. We were in Bognor for a dancing competition in butlins and this hotel is just up the road and ideal for the 7.30 start we had. This was my second time staying here just wish i had longer to stay as everything was so comfortable and cosy.
Seafront location Free parking (in winter) Nice clean room
The food was good and value for money. Lovely sea views from the bedroom. The hotel was warm and inviting, with a nautical theme.
The radiator in the bedroom did not work and nothing was done when we spoke about it. There was a leak from the ceiling on the last night of our stay. We put some towels in a bin so that it did not keep us awake. We felt that for £85.00 per night this was not good.
The room was very spacious and extrmely comfortable with a nice sitting area. Had dinner in the hotel which was excellent and the staff were very friendly.
It was terrific in every way!
everything except the stairs that was do to my wife being disabled but the room and view were great a very pleasant break thankyou
The location was really good. The food was excellent. Used by locals who were really friendly.
The room overlooking the roof and the noise from an air con unit on the roof to another building. All single rooms do not overlook the sea.
The Food was excellent
Great location fantastic staff brill view of the beach food really good nice & clean .
Shower room needs updating
nice place in good location, good beer selection at the bar
being ensuite, shower is next to bed in the room!
Fabulous location and friendly staff!
Comfort of rooms and breakfast was very good
Atmosphere in bar area when checking in was unfriendly - felt like we were intruding
Stairs to room
Friendliness & layedback approach, nothing seemed to be too much trouble for the hard wworking staff.
Really nice hotel for me and my boyfriend. Paid a little extra for a room with a sea view and totally worth it. Just a 5 minute walk up to the pier and amusements. Breakfast could have been a little better but generally a good stay with nice and friendly staff.
We stayed at the Navigator for 2 nights - we were attending a wedding nearby. We will return to the area just to stay at the Navigator. Couldn't fault the food, real ale, staff, anything. We had a seaview room - excellent!
The triple rooms are very spacious, nice bathrooms and the beds comfy. Staff were friendly and very helpful. What more do you need?
the sea view, excellent breakfast and the absents of noise.
having to park in the road.
I have stayed here before & it was very pleasant.
The room was dirty, the shower was en suite but needed a clean, the toilet appeared to be an afterthought jammed in a cupboard & was filthy. there was pigeon droppings on the window sill which got on the curtains when the window was opened, the toilet window wouldn't open at all so it was smelly. cups were dirty & water left in the kettle which I dislike intensely. The clientele seemed to be mostly contractors who were drinking heavily & abusive, I felt intimidated & unsafe, staff were initially unhelpful until I complained & demanded my money back (which I got). I for one, will not be back
I have eaten in their bar/restaurant before and was impressed, so knew the location. Hotel Wifi was good.
I wanted to eat at early, at 6pm, but there were no free tables as the bar was reasonably full already. The restaurant area was laid out for larger tables and I could not get a table for one anywhere in the place. So I dissapointedly had to go elsewhere. Later, when I returned at 11pm, I discovered that the two wall sockets, were not working, meaning I had to plug the kettle into a floor socket, but could not use the TV at all as the lead was designed to reach only that socket. I had to use my laptop instead.
Sea view room was lovely. Plenty of space. Food in the pub/restaurant below was excellent and good valve for money but make sure you book in advance. Great location.
Restaurant was Very warm as was the room. Luckily the windows opened so managed to cool it down a bit.
