Water covering the bathroom floor and the shower curtain was soaking wet, as if it had just been used (I checked in at 5pm)
Husband couldn't sleep felt the spring in his back so he had no sleep
Very easy to find and only 5 minutes from my final destination. Also very quick to get in and no problems on the check in or check out.
The bed was very very soft a the stained carpet did not make the room too inviting. Also dump in the shower did not help it.
Very friendly staff. Bed was very comfortable.
Room 118 floor boards creeked when going from the bed to the bathroom .
Very close to RAF Cosford. Easy access to main roads.
Too far to get to centre of town without a car.
Staff were excellent, very helpful. Facilities were just right and nicely situated next to the service station.
Good hotel, good comfy clean room. No breakfast though but Starbucks/waitrose etc right outside hotel. Location giid- only very short drive to shopping centre. Friendly and helpful staff.
We did have very noisy people in the room above us. Of course no blame in the hotel or staff. They were having a party/shouting/swearinv/bangin . We phoned reception to complain. We had a little baby and a toddler with us and they kept waking up.noise went at 11 as they went out and came bacj at 3 am and noise came back. Other than that everything else great.
Room wasn't the cleanest. Vomit stains on the floor, lumpy bed, dirty shower head, noisy motorway traffic, defiantly not worth the price I paid
Easy to find, Very friendly staff who were eager to give out local information. Will use again if in the area.
Nothing at all
A travel cot was available and placed in the room ready
The child's bed and cot were not made up and additional sheets and duvets needed to be requested. This was a little inconvenient as we were hoping to put the kids directly into bed.
Staff were helpful and friendly
Noisy upstairs guests breaking floorboards all night
Staff friendly & helpful.
We were on ground floor & the second night it sounded like a baby elephant had moved into the room above us. Sound insulation not too good.
The smoking rooms, means no standing in the cold.
The bed isn't too comfy.
staff and free parking....thank you
damp smell in corridor!!
The reception staff Cleanliness Continental breakfast at £4.95 delivered to the room at the exact time ordered is brilliant value The towels (good enough for a 4* hotel Location Great shower
when looking to book details it had said restaurants on site did not say it was the motorway services .description not good when not knowing the area .
mess up over booking and payment
New room, clean and tidy
Towels a bit thin... no team control in bedroom (that I could find)
It was clean and comfortable
The bathroom bath panel a little shabby room 001
Room Decour Bathroom Odour Shabby Very poor quality for the money
we were moved instantly from a poor room to a room upstairs. the breakfast also arrived on time, and was very nice. lots of options. staff were exceptional and always ready to help. very friendly great value for money. some maps to local food restruants would be helpful
first room we were given the bed hand only two feet, and so when sat on fell to the floor. This room also had moisture pooling on the window seal from mould and the room smelt of damp. the upstairs corridor stinks of cigarette smoke.
That what you couldn't obtain in the hotel the service station was convenient.
It would have been nice for the hotel to have their own bar in the hotel and not havie to rely on the staff at the reception.
Easy to find. Good amount of food given in Breakfast. Breakfast was served in room. A lot of counter top space in bathroom. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Helpful 24 hour reception.
Pull out bed was a bit 'wonky' it sloped to one side, but still managed to sleep ok. Poor wifi reception, wasn't that easy to set up on devices and it wasn't picking up a good enough signal to use device.
The value, £40 for an overnight stay is fantastic, the one member of staff who managed to sort me a ground floor room rather than have to walk up the stairs, The sofa bed had been made up for us which was good as I was ill when I arrived back at the Days Inn, so ideal for my son rather than have to mess around while I was feeling ill.
It was cold in the room, beds not comfortable, had hoped to book in earlier as felt ill but was told would have to pay extra £10 which I couldn't afford, we had come to help my daughter with her youngest daughter while the older one went in hospital, my son and I lost a days pay through taking the two days off, we got to the hotel at 12.30 and asked if we could go in early, but couldn't unless paid extra. I think if we had got in the room and I had rested I wouldn't of been so ill on the night, which ruined our evening
We did not expect that you were allowed smoking rooms so we ended up in one. The smell was awful. Our fault not yours
