convenient location and reasonably priced
hot breakfast food was overcooked and not hot choice too limited and not enough space
Principally, the location. Security within the hotel was good with access to the lift via own door key card.
Comfy bed, selection of soft or firm pillows, bar not overly priced.
Cooked breakfast needs more options.
Good location for visiting Harry Potter. Nice pubs in the area.
Could have been a little more variety in the breakfast choices.
Hotel was basic but good, friendly staff
Noise from railway, also when you open the curtains from my room (1st floor) everyone was looking at you from the railway platform.
The comfort and atmosphere everywhere
Not really anything i didnt like, had a couple of problems with the card/key for room but thats about it!
It was very close to public transport and the area was quiet. Staff was very helpful.
The hotel itself wasn't anything to complain about as it was close to public transport ie trains and bus station. However Watford Junction itself didn't have anything to do. Although it was brilliant for the Harry Potter studios
Staff friendliness, lovely room and bathroom, general cleanliness.
Breakfast adequate but not very exciting.
The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful on arrival and at other times when we encountered them. The free wifi was a big plus. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean.
No dislikes but just a suggestion. Perhaps when there is more than one guest per room, both guests could be offered a key each.
It was so quiet, clean and friendly. We stayed for our wedding anniversary as was close to Harry Potter. We intend to come again shortly with the children as it was so good staying with you.
really clean good value for money hotel with everything you need in it. staff are very polite and helpful.
the rail works during the night were really loud and kept us up at 1 point it sounded like they were in our room
Really comfortable bed! And no noise disturbances through the night
Breakfast was limited
The hotel wa clean, comfortable, convenient with very helpful and friendly staff and a generous breakfast buffet. I stayed here for one night, it's ideal for anyone going to the Harry Potter studios, bus stop close by.
The Staff were extremely friendly and helpful on Check in. Great location for visiting Harry Potter studio's. Ideally located for the train to London.
The bed was not the best it seemed to dip in the middle.
The location was great next door to the train station so easy to get into london. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was great.
The bed was too soft
Bed was awful so uncomfortable! Worst night sleep I've ever had
The location was good as our trip involved going to Harry Potter studios and tour bus pick up was close by at train station.
The evening meal menu didnt have much of a selection but there is a nice pub close by.
Great location in short waking distance to main line trains to Euston (20 mins) Hotel car park fees £5 per day
Limited car parking space and access to car park via side entrance
So conveniently located for our purposes. really lovely and spacious room. Comfortable, clean and stylish. the complimentary breakfast was outstanding, with everything we needed and far more than we expected. Very firendly and helpful staff, a quiet and proffessional atmosphere, and very affordable.
the neighborhood is a bit limited in terms of food and grocery options, but we were aware of that before arriving, so it wasn't an issue. Also, the front entrance could use better lighting outfront.
It was an average place. Had parking, if reserved.
It was an average place.
Location was great for the town centre and 20min train travel into London Euston from Watford Junction. Breakfast sufficient. Good value for area as included breakfast.
courteous friendly staff. Cleaned to a very high standard. Excellent all round.
£5 for parking
Very nice room and ensuite facilities.
Bed a bit soft
Close to train station(within walking distance) good size rooms and clean. Have stated before and would stay again.
A small niggle was that there isn't a lot of choice for breakfast
