Staff were excellent - they couldn't do enough to be helpful. Very clean 2 min from HP shuttle bus
Great deal, including Breakfast, excellent customer service
more free parking is always a consideration
Really good location for Warner Bros tour, you literally walk 2 mins from hotel to bus stop to catch bus to tour, also same for Watford Junction station, so didn't have to use car for whole trip.
Great location for visiting the Harry Potter studio tour. Very close to the train station. A lovely pub nearby and plenty of shops within walking distance.
Our room faced the train tracks so it was a little loud with the window open.
Good location if visting the harry potter studio tour, good being next to the train station ,clean, friendly
The breakfast selection was good but the hot breakfast was not a fully cooked breakfast ie no bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, hash browns but otherwise is was good
There was only one member of staff on reception but she did stirling work and stayed friendly and helpful. The rooms were pretty standard fare, but the beds were fine and the shower was decent. The windows were excellently sound-proofed. I barely heard a thing from outside.
The breakfast area was rather cramped, so when it got busy, it was a little like a bun fight to get to anything. The quality was pretty average, and the hot food ran out quite quickly. At least the seating area was spacious.
A simple room in a great location for going off travelling round London or visiting the Harry Potter studios. Breakfast was good
The bed was a bit soft for us (personal preference) and the train line is just over the back fence, but that's the price you pay for being within walking distance. But the rooms are air conditioned so you can just close the window to block out the noise
Very friendly and helpful staff Excellent connection for freewifi
No children's selections for meals
clean, convenient, friendly
Friendly staff and very handy location for visiting the Harry Potter Studio Tour. Beds were amazingly comfy!!!
Perfect location for the station and Harry potter Warner bro studio. Easy to find but parking needs better notices/ directions. Very helpful and polite staff comfy and relaxed seating area in the evening. Clean comfortable room.
Breakfast was ok a bit of bacon would be nice! Parking charge £5 and better signage needed.
Low cost and very clean and comfortable.
Walkway to the hotel from the station was dark at night and I felt vulnerable. You could walk round a longer route but was still quiet.
Location to train station, comfy clean room, modern bathroom
Noise from train Station, breakfast
Room was big and clean
Break fast very good and excellent location to get train easily .staffs r very good...
A/c was not working..room was very warm need to open window for cool.. no fan in that hotel....
NICE STAFF CLEAN
BREAKFAST AREA TO SMALL, HAD TO WAIT FOR TABLE FOR AGES. POOR CHOICE ON BREAKFAST,---BEANS , SCRAMBLED EGG AND SAUSAGE IS A POOR ENGLISH BREAKFAST. BEDS OK BUT NOT VERY COMFORTABLE
Convenience of being close to railway station, bright and clean. Helpful staff.
Breakfast very basic, a bit of a free for all lots of pushing and shoving not a relaxing experience. This was classed as a value deal, a little over priced.
spacious rooms, nice reception with bar and friendly staff. Breakfast was ok.
no bacon and toms.
Excellent location, facilities, & Staff, very accommodating. Super location for the train, & catching the Bus to the Harry Potter Studio tour
It was a very noisy room, with trains and traffic non stop. We actually moved hotels for the next night
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The local bars specialised in bad live bands (after hours) who didn't seem to understand that there is a choice of volume via the knobs on an amplifier - not just '10'. Never mind, they sang me to sleep.
We thought the accommodation/hotel was very good value for money (2 adults and one child, the child having a double sofa bed). Staff were very helpful and polite.
The hot food served for breakfast wasn't particularly hot and the scrambled egg had too much pepper in it for our liking
The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and a good size. Great location for the train station and Harry potter world.
The car park is tiny and is £5 per day which is unfair. There is a limit on the wifi. Breakfast was disgusting.
Cleanliness En Suite Breakfast
Staff Got Single beds not double which i paid for Comfort of the beds Terrible wifi TV options
