Distances The blonde girl that pick up me doesnt explains with calm. She seems with too rush The bath smells bad
I have been at the hostel at 51. Bradbury Road. It has a very nice and light common kitchen and dining room and also a nice repository. People just like to be there and talk to each other. Bath rooms and toilets are tidy. You can clean your cloth and iron them in the hostel.
When tried to longer my staying there I got a price duble than before. I had to move to an other place.
It covers all your needs. Good transportation to central London.
The bathrooms are very small and could need an extra cleaning during the day.
Really dirty, cramped, loud, no staff on site, long wait to contact staff and get key and room, no place to hang towel/clothes while showering, no soap/paper towels in bathroom
- Good place for knowing new people wifi free - Good position - Free access in all area in all day or night - no moquette
- Every room very Dirty - Hostel Staff not always available (only for taking the money for the check in or or extending the reservation) - freeze shower - too hot inside the room because inside this one there aren't good windows for changing the air
The train station that takes you into the city and away from the hostel. The wifi was the only reason I would stay there again - if you can afford it, definitely book elsewhere.
The staff - disorganised people, no idea of what's going on, change your room for no reason and charge your card. Will put men in a room with women who booked a female only room. No responsibility. They're loud and obtrusive. The toilets - filthy The beds - ridiculously uncomfortable The 'breakfast' - wouldn't feed it to a dog
wifi is good, location is good, 5 min walk to kilburn underground.
price is high, bed quite small and uncomfortable. Breakfast is awful.
From Heathrow, on Picadilly and then Jubilee, with our luggage, we had only a few stairs at the last station. We were met at the station and driven to our accommodation. Good to have laundry facilities. Close to good coffee and other shops.
Bathrooms were filthy. No extra toilet paper.
The staff member that checked me in was very helpful and told me everything I needed to know. The room was much better than I had expected.
The phone staff could have been more helpful as it felt like they just wanted to get me off the phone.
In my opinion the only positive point was the Internet access.
First of all,I booked the accomodation in a hostel 247 London Hostel. When I got there we have to wait for someone to come to do our check in.When this person came , he moved us to another place. This place was bad conserved, dirty and the refrigerator smell bad.Definitly the only good thing was the Internet access.
Decent location for the price, wifi worked well
This location is hard to find because there is no sign at all! There is no staff at any of the locations. You have to call when you get there and someone comes to check you in. Then you never see them again. When we checked in the maid was still cleaning our rooms. The place is not clean at all. Themattresses are ok. One person in our group had a horrible mattress that sunk in in the middle. Most of the lockers did not lock. I wasnt expecting much for the low price we paid, but I would have prefered to have paid more to stay somewhere a little nicer. Not recommended!
Personal is not punctual with check in process
I like the wifi.
It's not clean.
There was no soap for washing hands in any of the toilets .I asked for soap but none was provided. The bathrooms were tiny and dirty.- there were 3 kitchens downstairs not being used but tiny bathrooms for dozens of people. A large group of Chinese women was in my dorm talking loudly all night and keeping the light on until very late.
The staff was real awful. I do not recomende this hostel to no one because all staff.
Modern facility. The below is not what I liked about the place, but merely an observation. No one who runs the place is on site although someone like cleaning people etc. turn up from time to time to watch out for any trouble. There are many people staying there for months, which suggest some people like the system. The residents mostly behaved ok but because there's no one to manage the place some people can be noisy and messy.
Could do with more fridges; they are all totally full of all sort of food belonging to the residents. They could also learn from YHA in managing the food by asking the residents to label their food with their name and date of departure. At the moment it's totally out of order. My milk and tea bags disappeared within a day. Tea bags are provided free of charge by the house but because they are inevitably of cheap variation someone took the whole box of my nicer tea.
The location of the property
Too many people in one room and it take so long to get checked n in
W-Lan connection everywhere. The kitchen. No-Smoking hostel. Location was convenient: not too far outside and tube/bus station near by.
The small and dirty bathrooms. The high extra fee for guests ariving 'late'. During my 5 days staying at the hostel, I did not see any hostel staff (only the cleaning lady and the night caretaker).
The wifi had an okay connection.
There was no staff on sight, I had an incident with a roommate and had to wait until morning to resolve the issue. I didn't feel as if my belongings were safe there. My locker didn't work. My bedding was non existent. I was given the incorrect room, I booked an 8 bunk room and was placed in a 10, meaning I paid more for my bed than I was supposed to. Honestly I wouldn't recommend this place.
Location - Close to Willesden Green Tube Station and also the town. We were given a map which was useful.
Bathrooms weren't clean, looked like they are never cleaned. Our room was above the office and we found staff to be quite loud as we constantly had our window open because of the stuffy, warm room. One morning we heard staff members making fun of the intelligence of "American guests". And jokingly arguing with each other, extremely loud.
Nice, shower, wifi, Garden, location
Staff, I have informed two staff about a previously given demage of locks immediately, but until end of my staying nothing has happend. Besides, I couldn"t sleep well.
There were a living room, 3 kitchens and a garden. It was really good.
For breakfast there were breads and cireals. But the milk was out of date and I saw molds on the bread. It was terreble.
Friendly people working and tenants
Too crowded rooms with double decker beds
