It was everything we wanted for our trip to watch the rugby (shame about the result l. The rooms were lovely, very clean and comfortable. Nick (the owner) was incredibly helpful both before we arrived and whilst we were there. From leaving the property to arriving in the city centre took no more 20 minutes so it was perfect if you didn't want to stay in the city centre and pay their prices, with the added bonus of being a reasonable walking distance from the sea front. I'd definitely stay there again if I go to the rugby again.

It was such a fantastic hotel. On top of the water, there is no need to go so far an excotic places. Amazing view from the room, so quite and tranquilizer which all we need. Very good restaurant.
