Good location and the one front reception desk staff member on arrival was the only smiley member of staff. The others didn’t smile at all
Village Hotel Solihull is a sleek and stylish hotel with a contemporary black box design. It offers uber-chic accommodation, free WiFi throughout, and a choice of dining options.

the hotel itself was nice.
Reception clean, reception desk was automated BUT had a person to help those who had not used it before
rooms clean, beds comfortable
The Stables at Deer Park Farm in Solihull offer well-equipped chalets overlooking the farm’s paddocks. This accommodation in a converted stable block features luxurious furnishings and free Wi-Fi.
Sollihull has a lot to offer in things to do. The local National Institute (Baddesley Clinton) has 2 places to visit in a short driving distance with plenty of walking around the properties. There are restaurants within walking and short driving distances as well as grocery stores.

Didn't really see the place.
Didn't really see the place. We were there for an exhibition nearby. There are planty of good restuarants nearby. Just as well because the Regency Hotel restuarant was expensive and not very good.

Solihull is one of the better areas of the West Midlands and offers a pleasant stay and local amenities. Parking in central Birmingham is not easy but a local bus (Route 6) stops right outside the hotel and runs 8 times an hour weekdays, 6 on Saturday's and 4 on Sunday's. In the other direction this runs through to Solihull.
This city of Birmingham has lots to see and plenty of shops including the Bull Ring for those looking for a bit of retail therapy.

The hotel is in Knowle, on the outskirts of Solihull. Lots of great restaurants within a few minutes walk. Fantastic Artisan
Bakery for sandwiches and deli items. Very convenient to get to NEC. Good walks down the Grand Union Canal.

Charged more money than when we booked through booking.com paid for 3 rooms and all on different floors. Said we had to pay extra for breakfast and charged us £155 a family room which wasn’t a family room no child bed was made up. Room full of marks on walls and ceiling. Ask to speak to manager and no manager was working on Saturday ! Really disappointed with village hotels we expected it to be as good as the Elstree one couldn’t be so different.

Solihull is a nice place but I would advise anyone going with a party of 3, booking for 3 ADULTS and expecting 2 bedrooms should ring up and check to make sure it's for 3 adults and 2 bedrooms.
Everything was lovely, facilities excellent and staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the hotel was good wide range of options for all tastes, location right next to Solihull town centre had lots of restaurants if you wanted to eat out and only cost £13 for uber to nec would definitely recommend this hotel and if I'm in the area will definitely go back 👍
Pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The room nice, bed very comfortable with nice bedding, small compact bathroom but clean and modern with nice white towels, toiletries. Nice picturesque setting and a very short taxi ride into the centre of Solihull. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant food was good.
Brilliant location, just over the road from Solihull town centre. Very spacious apartment with handy parking area in the basement. The apartment was very clean apart from the sofa. Well laid out kitchen, dining area and lounge.
Coventry Homes was easy to contact and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The room felt new and modern - I particularly like that they have usb sockets which make charging so much easier. They are having a bit of work on the hotel exterior now but we cannot hear any noises from our room. We like that breakfast included hot food that you can order and parking is free : )
the host employee was nice and accomodating once you find them. the rear parking lot has alot of spaces. but its NOT really secure. even though its suppose to be. NOT the greatest safest area. its mostly for locals for alcohollics..or party goers.
We had a short break taking in the Sea life centre, Warwick Castle and Dudley Zoo, this was perfectly located without having to stay in Birmingham.
Lovely grounds to the hotel, close to the motorway and parking is free.
This hotel way exceeded my expectations having stayed in another Village hotel last year. The vibrancy of the decor, the comfort of the bed, great bar, and great staff. Excellent stay and will use this place again
The accommodations and especially the staff were absolutely wonderful. My wife and I were traveling abroad from California and found this hotel as an amazing stop through England. We would strongly recommend.
So much space and really comfy beds. Staying with a work colleague so 2 bathrooms was great. 20 minute walk into Solihull centre. Parking space was a bonus rather than parking on the street.
Great quality hotel in a really convenient location. I only stayed for one night but was very comfortable and the services the hotel offered were great. The breakfast was really good too.
We didnt have breakfast. There was no phone inn the room, no info leaflet in room regarding the amenities available or room service.
Was basic hotel but fine for a one nights stay.
It was very spacious and comfortable. We were 3 colleagues attending a conference at the National Conference centre which was just a short drive away and a lot cheaper than a hotel
