The staff were great, all very friendly and really helpful, especially the young lady who served us breakfast on the last few days. The main chef was good and we enjoyed the breakfast. We ate there one night and that was good too.
The location was fab, just what we needed, with parking on-site and good directions given. Good communication as well.
The outside room was spacious and warm.
I would stay here again

The pub is very nice. Food decent. Especially liked the music choices which were not too loud but enjoyable. The serving staff were very nice too.

We were only staying overnight but had a few hours to walk round the centre of Knutsford. It is very old, picturesque, some lovely independent shops. It backs onto Tatton Park and has a central train station.

Very interesting place.
Very interesting place. Three parallel streets, beautiful shops (not enough time to visit), more restaurants than I had expected for a small place and a railway station with connection to Manchester.; this is how I plan to visit next time. Of course the closeness to Tatton park which was the main reason for our visit.

Customer service was outstanding, the size of the rooms and facilities made the stay luxurious, breakfast and the club lounge meant each day started and ended on a high. Taxis are reasonable and easy to obtain with just 30mins drive from Manchester and 10mins from Knutsford town.

Knutsford has a very safe feel to it, even in the town...
Knutsford has a very safe feel to it, even in the town centre. There are a variety of independent shops that caters for all tastes. Plus some historical places. There are a lot of different eateries to suit every budget and generally just had a lovely feel to the place. I am only sorry I was only there one day but will be going back to explore more.
It was precisely the sort of place we were looking for. Away from the towns, but close enough to do any shopping we needing to do (groceries and the like). Dave and Emma are wonderful hosts and were always ready to assist when needed or just have a friendly chat. Everything was ready and check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The cottage itself was everything we could have hoped for and having a washing machine in the cottage was an added bonus, especially considering how long we were staying. It truly was helpful!
We were delighted with the quality of this accommodation. The owner left us Tea, Coffee, Milk, Orange, 2 Beers and home made flapjack, which was much appreciated. The fixtures and fitting were high quality and there is a lovely courtyard area outside with table and chairs to relax in. It is only a short walk into Knutsford, a delightful town with some lovely eateries, bars and cafes.
Thank you Jess for the opportunity to stay in this stylish property.

Lovely hotel & gardens with great onsite facilities. Not sure photos completely do it justice. Really enjoyed sitting outside having a leisurely meal overlooking the lake.
We had a lake view room & the size & presentation of the room was fabulous. The staff were also all very helpful & professional.
We only stayed one night but will definitely be booking again soon to take more advantage of the facilities & another trip into Knutsford
It was the same price as a decent hotel in the same area but this offered much more. It is right by a heath, green and wooded area whilst having everything on your doorstep from shops, restaurants, pubs, train station near by. It was perfect for me, plus they left milk and teabags, great after I had a long journey - some hosts don't provide that, I appreciate the touch.
I will stay again if I am in the Knutsford area.
I booked this room for my parents who were visiting Knutsford from South Africa. The room was awesome value for money, right in the centre of town, which gave them an awesome experience of the village and Tatton Park. The staff were brilliant and helpful. As Knutsford residents, we often eat at Angel and the food is always amazing value for money! Thank you to all!
Very nice setting. Had a small problem with our room but sorted out easily by a move to a much bigger room at no extra cost. Plenty of parking space. The hotel has lovely arts and craft features. Enjoyed two evening meals in the residents room.
A good location and we enjoyed visiting Knutsford and Tatton Park before heading off for a wedding.
This was so much better than an airport hotel. The room was just above and beyond and I loved the farm. The horses were so friendly and so was the little doggo. It's just down the road from historic Knutsford. I picked up a copy of Elizabeth Gaskell to read in the lovely room. Breakfast was awesome as well.
Restaurant not yet built so no facility for breakfast or room service or bar. Would have been helpful to know that prior to booking as the invoice stated breakfast available for £12, so very misleading. However great location and only a five minute walk to the centre of Knutsford.
It was warm and comfortable. There was an excellent choice of items for breakfast and Ann was very pleasant and helpful.
The location was ideal being a short walk from Knutsford and close to excellent food and drink pubs.
There was lots of parking space off the road.
The breakfast was very good and the staff friendly. The bed although a little small was comfortable. The central location to Knutsford was excellent but comes with the noise factor of being on the flight path of Manchester airport, extremely noisy through the night.
the property is located near the town it’s a good location. the property rooms are nice and beds comfy and the spa and pool are great. restaurant food was very good and breakfast facilities excellent. Easily accommodated high chairs.
Excellent location; very quiet and the right side of Knutsford for our needs. Easy to walk to Tatton Park for our morning exercise. Very modern and well equipped. Spacious and comfortable for a two-person stay.
Iconic town centre location. Easy walk to restaurants. Good breakfast. Well appointed room. Good entertainment on the Friday night (guitar / singer duo) Volume level about right. We'd stay again.
The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was a good size, and very clean and presentable. The location was excellent for knutsford town centre.
