Such a lovely homestay, beautifully and tastefully decorated with thoughtful inclusions in the room to make the stay better. Richard and Matthew were friendly, gracious and attentive hosts who made the stay as comfortable as possible. Would thoroughly recommend this perfectly located gem!

The Clayton hotel is a few minutes walk from the train station (crossing busy roads at pelican crossings) and a few minutes walk to terminals one and two. Easy check in, friendly helpful reception staff. Very comfortable rooms, restaurants available for meals. Easy to book shuttle bus service with extremely helpful and friendly driver

Didn’t like anything about the hotel.
Didn’t like anything about the hotel. Grubby and stank of smoke in the room.
Breakfast timing is ridiculous. Considering it’s a airport hotel it should accommodate people who have arrived very early into the morning and require a later breakfast.
Parking is available but at a cost of £12 per night is excessive.

Pls publish my review. Host won’t engage.
Pls publish my review. Host won’t engage. Been texting sent photo evidence multiple times. No response at all. Very disappointed. Understand mistakes happen but when you are not able to use the prime requirements of ‘getaway with hot tub’ and no BBQ as promised it’s just not in. I expect a full refund.

Being a captive Audience for Food.
Holiday Inn looked good for Food but waiting times put us off as we had to get up early for a flight to Malta
The Ibis Hotel Food was tasty and hot but we had to wait an age before it came. We could not understand why it took so long for the Food to arrive as it did not seem busy and Food was microwaved ??

Really only used the hotel due to its proximity to the railway station and the airport terminal.
Hardly able to review Hale but would advise anyone with limited mobility that there is a good walk involved...partly in the sheltered 'corridor' and then on the open to get to the Ibis Hotel

Needed a nice sized room with a couple of double beds for self and daughter as she had early morning flight. Great staff, organised her a 4:30am shuttle bus even though just a few hundred yards away. We had booked a local restaurant as other daughter studies at Man Uni so can't comment on food other than menu in lift seemed comprehensive for most airport hotel traveller requirements. Passing bar and restaurants both looked more than pleasant for an airport hotel
It was a 5 minute walk from Manchester Airport station - the crossing to the hotel is over a busy road but a little further past the hotel are traffic lights where you can cross safely.
The breakfast was well prepared and had both a full-English and continental options, the restaurant itself has really nice seats and open lay out.
The sheets of my room were very fresh and the bed well made.
The receptionist ‘Ares’ was incredibly pleasant on my arrival.
We would like to thank the staff at this hotel for making our stay before flying out at Manchester Airport a relaxing and stress free visit
Room was lovely with everything we needed.
And a special thanks to Toni in the bar area for her fantastic friendly service she does a fantastic job
Recommend staying here before you fly out or just a relaxing experience
Well done to all the team

Excellent position of you're flying from Manchester Airport. Not so much if you aren't as there's nothing to do - the hotel is in the airport complex so there is the odd little shop in walking distance.
The staff were very helpful, check in went smoothly.
We had an early morning flight from Manchester Airport and this hotel was very convenient for that purpose. We could walk to the terminal. The room was fine - clean, quiet and roomy. We had a decent dinner at the hotel restaurant.
