Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Free parking, Lovely and great first impression of room. It was clean, cozy, very well maintained, stylish, very spacious modern rooms itself was well equipped and comfortable. Wonderful place. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Very easy to check in and out. Highly recommend.

    The rooms were very cold.

    The rooms were very cold. It was minus six overnight and below freezing during the day and our heating went off when we were out of the room. Therefore when we got back it was freezing cold in the room and the heater was not an adequate size to heat the room. We were very dissatisfied.

    Communication was terrible ....

    Communication was terrible .... I had booked a room there specifically because BOOKING.com said the hotel was pet friendly. the booking on the website confirmed the hotel was pet friendly. i was informed on the day that the hotel did not allow pets in the executive suites ( so why was I able to bok it when i was looking for somewhere pet friendly ) the two options when i was looking to book were this place or the local travelodge for £ 48.... i chose to pay the extra to stay somewhere nice. then ended up having to stay in the travelodge anyway and paying £150 for the privilidg e

    I've probably stayed at the Brook Hall for around 30 occasions over the past few years and it never ceases to impress me. I recommended the hotel to my work colleagues and it's also become their hotel of choice when in the area. I've said it before but I sleep better here than at home, my partner joined me this time and loved it.

    This hotel was wonderful. So peaceful and comfortable. A sense of old grandeur about the place. Incredible value for money, compared with spending 3 times as much to be in a box room next to a main road. The restaurant where very flexible and cooked for us when we where the only diners returning late from the Grand National.
