The dining room was rather chilly in the mornings.
We loved the pictures of chefs and found them fascinating. If anyone ever finds out about them we’d very much like to know more.

Everything was catered for, including lovely spa wash soaps and hand cream. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided which is so helpful! We also found a phone charger, Film DVDs reading books, magazines etc. Property was clean and decorated to a high standard. Bed comfy and heating worked really well. Rainfall shower as well as hand held shower - all worked well, great pressure and lovely and warm. Even the fridge was stocked with milk and butter to go with the tea & coffee provided and bread with yummy jam/marmalade/honey. Wonderful friendly host too, thank you Georgie! The area is perfect for discovering The Malvern Hills and beautiful countryside here. Close also to Ledbury 5 min drive.

I was brought up in Ledbury so I love it. Things have changed. No Mr |Lewia the Butcher, no Miss Smith the sweet shop, no Woolworths,no Jack Oaks, the the town itself has changed very little and I still love it.

The Feathers is sited on the main street which for me was perfect as everything i wanted was in walking distance, other pubs, cafe's, retaurants, all are easy to find, the place itself is professionally mangaged and all staff members were friendly and approachable. I have stayed in many hotels over the years but this one is right up there with the best, i will certainly be back there in the future.

We did not go into Ledbury to walk around, we stayed outside Ledbury for the Malvern Hills walks. The Larches is a great location to stay if you are planning to walk in the Malvern Hills. We stayed there for the Herefordshire Walking Festival walks. We had plenty of picnic food with us, which we could eat on the terrace or in the visitors lounge. The visitors lounge had the added bonus of a fridge so we could put our sausage rolls, scotch eggs etc in there overnight.
The room had everything one could need. The toiletries were good quality and the ingredients clearly identified, which meant that I could use them as I knew they did not contain a preservative that I'm allergic to. There was a good choice for breakfast and the service was very friendly and efficient. The garden area was very pleasant and invaluable to our group of twelve for getting together in socially-distanced times.
Friendly and helpful host. Cottage was cosy, warm, clean, and well equipped. The location was very convenient with shops, parking, nice pubs, dog walks etc all on the doorstep. As a family of four plus two small dogs, it was perfect for us. Ledbury is a charming place, and there's plenty to do in the surrounding area. We'll be booking again next year.
Fabulous self-catering accommodation, a lovely hamper on arrival, great location lovely and peaceful but close to Ledbury which is a lovely place. The accommodation was all top quality fixtures and fittings, huge comfy bed and luxury bathroom, couldn't have asked for anymore. We hope to return in the future and would highly recommend.
Comfortable, spacious, well-appointed room with its own terrace and lovely views of the surrounding countryside. Hotel levels of luxury in a friendly local pub, with helpful staff who pre-booked our table in their popular restaurant for dinner. Excellent breakfast included. Convenient location for Ledbury and surrounding area.
I don't write many reviews but the staff, all of them, were truly outstanding. Accomodations and food were excellent, mattress could've been better but we had a long stay but that's about the only negative and wasn't an issue until the end of the week. Very convenient to the town and other close by areas.
Beautiful hotel. Staff were amazing. Good was lovely in the morning. Good selection of drinks from the bar. The room was amazing with excellent decor. Bed was probably the comfiest I've ever slept in! Roll top bath, ahhh it was just an absolutely lovely place to stay and I'd highly recommend it.
Everything. Perfectly located for a visit to the area. Weston's cider farm just up the road, Led ury and Hereford a short drive away. Property sits on a farm with lovely gardens and countryside views.
Anna and Mike are perfect hosts. We will return.
Staff was friendly and kind. We had a great time at the pub. We were able to meet some locals and chat about the area. The bar stayed open late to accommodate a few guys. The owner has a great sense of humor.
We had a very warm welcome at this small country hotel. Despite the heat, we slept well. The breakfast was excellent. The recommendations for finding a restaurant in Ledbury for an evening meal were welcome.
Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is in the centre of Ledbury and is a beautiful old historical building. Rooms were clean and comfortable and quiet. Breakfasts were very good.
Beautiful hotel. The staff were very friendly and very helpful (especially Maria!). The room was fabulous and the food was delicious! Would definitely stay here again when in Ledbury.
Location was great for central Ledbury. Lots of character for an old inn. You have to understand it is original so low doorways etc. Staff are great, breakfast good too
Ledbury was an interesting Market town. Our accommodation was spotlessly clean, food excellent and our hosts Rick & Biddy were very welcoming and friendly.
It was a lovely quirky apartment on top of an olde worlde wine shop.
Pubs in area were so friendly and proper characteristic pubs. Right outside the door.
The accommodation was set in their own grounds Beautiful setting.
Location was perfect to visit the surrounding areas especially Ledbury and Gloucester.
