I liked that you could choose what you required for breakfast. It is a more efficient system. The breakfast itself was excellent.
I attended a Whisky Festival dinner and the food was superb. A lot of time and effort had been put in by the hotel management the chef and the distillery staff.

The hotel has history and had not only big rooms with an excellent bed they also had a lovely lounge to sit in the evening , excellent food , a cosy bar and the breakfast was good and ample . The service was just brilliant. They even catered for dogs in the garden

lovely little place to stay and just right for visiting nearby attractions not far from aviemore and lovely drive to Balmoral Castle over the mountains with beautiful views we even got to see King Charles driving to and from church and free entry into the grounds

It’s a super wee village with all the shops, cafes, bars and restaurants you would want. Close to woodland walks from the town and short drive to the river and mountains of the Cairngorms a more relaxed feel than the nearby town of Aviemore.

This is a lovely place to stay to explore the Cairngorm national park. Easy to drive to highlights like Rothy Murchus and Loch Garten. We found the fridge in the residents’ lounge very useful for keeping ‘things’ chilled. Sarah & Daniel are clearly putting in a lot of effort to make their guests welcome and comfortable.
