This spacious Penthouse (130 sq. m, 1,400 sq. feet), is at the 7th (top) floor of the building, with the most amazing view of Acropolis from a unique Private Terrace as well as from the inside of the Apartment. A group of 5 guests can share this "state of the art" apartment and enjoy their autonomy. A Fast Wireless Internet Wi-Fi is available free. Everything that the city of Athens can offer (museums, bars, cafes, bistros, restaurants, archeological sites, gyms, Ηammam baths, tennis courts etc.) is within reach, since the flat is situated in the Historic Centre of Athens. The Penthouse with the absolutely unique private terrace (100 sq. m) can offer relaxation, sun bathing and candlelight or moonlight dinners. The view of the sunset is magnificent. Special arrangements can be made for professional meetings at an extra cost depending on the type of the event. The Apartment consists of five separate rooms (130 sq. m, 1400 sq.f.) with a master double Bedroom and own bathroom and terrace, a second double Bedroom with direct view to the Parthenon and the Acropolis with own bathroom and kitchenette, a single Bedroom with own toilet, a large kitchen with full facilities, a study room with table and a double sofa/bed, a large sitting/dinning room with a large sofa and Acropolis view and a spacious private roof garden (100 sq. m) with the most beautiful view of Parthenon, the Acropolis and many Archeological places as well as a second pergola shaded terrace with city view.

We can help the guests during their stay or not if this is not required from the guest. We can give information about restaurants, bars, art galleries, art spaces, archeological spaces and museums to visit and also answer any questions they might have with regards to their stay. The Apartment is near Monastiraki, Athens 10554, 7th floor. You take the lift up to the 6th floor and then the stairs up to the 7th floor. A taxi can be arranged to pick you up from and take you to the Airport or other Port. The cost from the Airport is 46 euros, daytime, the official flat rate that you pay to the driver, you do not have to wait at the long queues, the driver knows exactly where the apartment is and he will let us know what time exactly you will arrive at the apartment. He will wait for you with a sign with your name just after the customs. For more than 4 persons or for many luggage you may need two taxis or a Van at a rate of 85 euros. The trip time is 35-40 minutes. If you wish to use the Metro, there is a direct line from and to the Airport and the entrance to the Metro is just opposite to our building. The ticket is 10 euros per person and the trip time is about 50 minutes. The Penthouse is situated in the middle of the Historic Center of Athens, with many places for food, drinks and shopping nearby. There is a Supermarket just next door as well as a Bakery and Pastries shop. A Pharmacy is just around the corner and a Parking garage at a very short distance. It is the only apartment on this floor of the building, so there is total privacy.

The Penthouse is located in Monastiraki Square near Aghias Irini’s Church Square, one of the most vibrant places of Athens, right in the middle of the Historic Center of the city, with beautiful neoclassical buildings and gastronomic trends. A lot of facilities are available as well as various shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and Hammam.
