Andros Luxury House Villa (AIRBNB type) offers spacious, air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace with stunning sea views, a swimming pool, free high speed Wi-Fi and free private parking. The house is built in an amphitheater-like style with a breathtaking view of the Aegean sea having a protects from the winds. Ideal for groups of families with children, couples or adults. You will love this lovely house. It consists of 3 independent apartments connected externally all with their own separate entrance, at 2 levels (ground and the first floor) there are steps. On the ground floor are 2 neighbors elegant apartments for 4 people per apartment, from 60m² and included a spacious living room with a modern kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds or a Bunk bed and a bathroom, a furnished big veranda with sea view. On the first floor have an apartment for 5 people, 90m² which is the central meeting for all visitors, with tastefully decorated and included from a spacious living room with modern kitchen, a bedroom with three single beds and a bathroom, and at loft a bedroom with double bed with bathroom, a big veranda with very long table with views of kypri Bay. In case you need cleaning during on the stay, this is chargeable and is upon request and availability. There are cameras (CCTV) watching 24h the outside the property and the pool. The accommodation up to 5 person is limited to the apartment on the 1st floor

Neighborhood info

This island has many beautiful beaches and wild country and some are reachable by dirt roads, then you need to have a car. The best is a 4WD, but any car will make it for most of the roads on the island. The end of the road to the house is a dirt road. The best is to book and rent a car in Andros.
