Super clean hotel. Friendly staff. Ideal location away from town maze. 10 min. walk to bus station. Not expensive. Wi-Fi in room.
The staff could not do enough for you. Great hotel and only 8 minute walk to the the Cakdera - highly recommend.
Very good services and friendly staff. It offers a service like a 5 star hotel.
Staff Freindly,Pool & outside areas very well maintained & cleaned
The Breakfasts crap. Not able to have an evening meal in the hotel. The snack menu very basic & I had the burger & used it as a frisby,my husband had a toasted sandwich & it was one slice of the same left over cheese & spam as served for breakfast. Had to report the toilet leaking 4 times & they repaired it twice BUT IT STILL LEAKED so we gave up in the end & keep changing the bathmat. ROOMS VERY SMALL,very clever trick photography used. Bed very low to the ground
Location is good but not in the center of town just a brief 5 min walk , which makes it an easy access and quiet at night. Breakfast were amazing. Home made jam fresh figs and free range eggs. The whole family is supper nice and helpful . expect nice reception. Thank you
There is not a view from the hotel which you may expect in Santorini. Still after the whole day and night of attractions little quiet and comfortable place seems nice.
Location was nice. It was across the street from the really good view. The breakfast was average. Location was nice.
Can't bring anyone back to the room even to hangout so if you meet someone staying a bus ride away and want to have a drink or relax in the room that's not an option. Price was a little high compared to other places.
Good location close to centre, lovely pool area. Family run friendly hotel with good breakfast.Comfortable beds and spotlessly clean.
Nightly rates expensive compared to crete.
Close to the downtown Fira - easy to walk to. Quiet. Great pool.
Few English channels on the TV but then I'm in GREECE.... need to learn the language.
the pool is new and clean the rooms are very clean relatively high priced for such a location
the Hotel is quite noisy because it is located at the main street of Fira. There is lots of traffic (at least in August when we were there).
Close to town staff full of knowledge
The beds were too hard need to see a chiro but I thing they are in the process of changing them. Not value for money your paying for location staff freindly
Good breakfast. Easy 5 to 10min walk into town along main road. Comfortable room. We have views from room in both directions to the sea. Nice pool area.
View over caldera includes quarry and large abandoned building. Noise from main road goes all day.
Hotel location few minutes from town. Room is very clean Staff was extremely helpful. They reserved dinner for us and changed it the last minute upon our request. They advised us where to go in our short stay. They arranged shuttle pick-up from the port to the hotel on a very short notice. I would definitely book this hotel on my next trip to Santorini.
The personal was very kind and always available to help
At a little distance from the main town so you are at calm and not far from it so that you can enjoy all the entertainment. Everything was very clean and the pool very nice.
The only little thing is that you are very close of the other customer in the hotel when you go to the pool that is surrounded by the rooms.
The pool was good , and staff helpful , rooms ok
Breakfast was very basic and on main road
Staff, Facilities, Location, Value for Money
The swimming pool , the breakfast was not too bad
Very noisy (in front of the road), very bad smell in the bathroom, the bed for the other adult was a bed for a child.
Enjoy our stay, staff were wonderful and very friendly.
Lovely family owned accomodation, close to Fira and bus station.
Close to Thira and a great location to base oneself to explore the rest of the island. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, air-conditioned and comfortable. The pool is a great place to escape the late afternoon heat.
The breakfast wasn't great - better to go out and enjoy a meal with a view. The shower was quite small.
The lady at reception was very friendly.
DO NOT STAY HERE. The view is horrible, not a true indication of Santorini at all. It is on the other side of Thira, on the highway in, dilapidated buildings all around, very noisy, photos on website are a total scam.
Staff was friendly and somewhat accommodating.
The main purpose of the visit was to have a view. The pictures on the Booking.com website were misleading as it gave the impression that all rooms had a view of the Caldera. We did not get such a room with a view. There is also a half-built building with graffiti on it, blocking most of the Caldera view. It was very disappointing and would not recommend anyone to stay here who are interested in a view. On top of that, the room was very expensive for the very poor location.
The front desk woman was awesome!! She helped us plan our days in Santorini and provided us with tickets for our tours. She was the best!!
