A beautiful House 84 sqm with two rooms, two bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed, a living room with a sofa bed, kitchen, toilet and bathroom with a shower exactly as shown in the photos. The house has a private Garden with a Jacuzzi Hot tube. We also provide 2 bicycles so you can explore the city in an eco way. It is a very stylish and cosy house that will immediately make you feel very welcome and ready to explore the historic city of Athens. The House is perfect for anybody who wants to stay close to the centre of Athens and have easy access to the sightseeing spots of the city. It's on the ground floor of a two storey building, the building has only one apt per floor. The apt external and internal are totally separate and autonomus and can accommodate up to four people, making it ideal for young and old couples alike or families with kids. Guests can enjoy the privacy of the whole apartment. Clean and fully equipped with everything necessary to have a comfortable stay, air condition on each room, high-speed Wi-Fi (30mpbs), flat screen 55" TV in the living room and 32”TV in the bedroom , both Smart Android tv’s with Netflix.

Kallithea area, which literally means ‘beautiful view’. Kallithea extends from the Filopappou and Sikelia hills in the north to Phaleron Bay in the south. Kallithea is a very comfortable place because it is between the centre of Athens, Piraeus and beaches. Close to the apartment (5minutes) there is a Train station. You can get in the center of Athens or to Piraeus. A lot of shops, coffee shops (3 minutes), restaurants (5 minutes), supermarkets (1 minute) and all that you may need are very close by. The house is very close to the heart of Athens via the train (10 minutes) within 4 stops to Monastiraki metro station , and three stops to Piraeus port (6 minutes) ,the nearest metro station “Kallithea” is only 5 minutes walking from the house , Our guests could enjoy 2 mountain bikes for free usage that you could approach the nearest bicycle lane some meters away (20 meters) from the home door that can lead you to Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center within 15 minutes for the one side , and 15 minutes to Thisio area from the opposite side.
