if you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle, then you definitely need to go to Benitses. Good location, everything is nearby, everything is there (shops, restaurants, beach). The local people was so amazing! I am in love with the Benitses!!!

Benities is a tired resort, a few closed down businesses, it needs investment, the main road goes straight through the town and can get busy with traffic, the beach is stoney with lots of seaweed, the old town where there is abundance of restaurants was busy, food was good in the places we dined at, although the meals were a bit pricey

Benitses is a great place to stay at during vacation.
Benitses is a great place to stay at during vacation. Village is small and everything is located in one small center: Tavernas and restaurants, markets, souvenir shops, cofee shop, bus station... There are no modern buildings to ruin the look of fishing village and people are very kind, everyone I talked to knew English at least well enough to buy/sell stuff or order food. It has small beaches that are clean with clean water. It has Bus connection to the City and South and is a perfect place to start trips from to different places on the Island.AleksandarSerbia - 6.0Scored 6.0

The beach isn't upto much. They wanted €12 for beds in some places, where beaches in the south were so much better and between €7-10 There is a good bus service to Corfu town. We didn't have a bad meal during our trip plenty of places to try.SarahUnited Kingdom

The owner, the whole staff and the views from the gesthouse are really WOW! Walk 2 minutes to the swimming pool. Walk 5 minutes to the beach, taverns, shops. Walk 10 minutes to the Marina, historical old city, bus stop and bakery. To the airport 20 minutes by taxi for 35 euros. To the capital city center 30 minutes by bus for 1,5 euros. They are generous and fun with a great positive energy. Breakfast on the terrace was good, fresh and plentiful. The view across to the sea is spectacular. It's easy to get around, with buses to corfu town, benitses and beyond and really easy to and from the airport. Staying at the El Greco for the last few days of my holiday was perfect.

All the staff were friendly and helpful, ignore the reviews that say otherwise. Location is great, 20 mins from the airport and good to have the option of Benitses. Its not the most glamorous of villages but we ate some different each night and all were okay.

They have a private beach and a decent sized swimming pool. The rooms were super clean with a very modern bathroom. It is also only a ten minute walk into Benitses. If you hire a car then its 2 mins to Benitses and only 20 mins to Corfu Old Town. Honestly, it was a top, top holiday, we will return.

We had a fantastic meal by the pool and the food was very good, as were all the cocktails we tried. We had a good time at Anasa. The location is a bit outside Benitses village, it's about 25 minute by foot, and 10 minute by bus. It takes 35 minutes to Corfu town by bus, probably faster if you have a rental car.
