It is great place, people are firendly, food is wonderfull (the best after Turkish ;-)) beaches are beatifull. The only thing is VERY crawded. If you go to beaches late (afternoon) you can not find a sun bed even. Some beaches are very tight designed. Sun bed prices differs from free (as you spend anything) up to 60 euro for set. If you don't like a crowded area, than I would definitely not recommend Kallithea and Kassandra in general. The entertainment available in the city center's are very old school and not really fun. The beach is too narrow but the water is always warm. Too many stairs to reach the beach. The resort has many closed stores and taverns and in some places it looks like after the war. The owner kept the parking for me on the first day and gave instruction for other days where to leave the car. Upon arrival he carried our heaviest bag for us. Cleaning was done every day, chaning of the sheets and towels (branded Alkionis) i think every second day. Cleaning lady even cleaned our dishes and sorted our food.
