The place where the hotel is located is wonderful. Located in a location that is peaceful and everything coincides with nature. Every day the rooms were clean, the yard and the pool were beautiful, the staff was very kind. 1 minute to Hanioti, 5 minutes to Afitos by car. The beach below the hotel is wild and uncrowded. Best vacation ever, very peaceful and we will visit you again.

Alexandra and Maria (her daughter) are wonderful people, making sure the apartments and the building itself are clean and accommodating.
Communication was prompt, friendly, and informative, providing all essential details and answering any questions I had.
One of the standout features of this apartment was its incredible location. Situated conveniently a block away from the heart of the city, it offered easy access to numerous attractions, restaurants, and walking distance to the beach — convenience was always at my fingertips. The place itself is very very quiet and central situated.
As for the host themselves, their warmth and hospitality truly made my stay memorable. They were readily available to assist with any inquiries or concerns, and their genuine care for their guests' comfort and satisfaction was evident in every interaction. They provided a wealth of insider tips and recommendations.
Thanks a lot and see you hopefully soon again.

It is great place, people are firendly, food is wonderfull (the best after Turkish ;-)) beaches are beatifull. The only thing is VERY crawded. If you go to beaches late (afternoon) you can not find a sun bed even. Some beaches are very tight designed. Sun bed prices differs from free (as you spend anything) up to 60 euro for set. If you don't like a crowded area, than I would definitely not recommend Kallithea and Kassandra in general. The entertainment available in the city center's are very old school and not really fun. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is top notch with changing items every day, super fresh and a selection that should please everyone. The beach loungers & umbrellas are excellent. The beach in front is fine soft sand and has a shallow entry so it suits children and all levels of swimmers. The water is simply terrific. It is clear, clean and it really is warm so you can really enjoy the water.

It is located in a quiet area, close to the beach (10 minute walk), close to the city center. For a family is perfect and it offers everything you need. We called it our home for one week. Gisiona is very nice. She allowed us to check-in earlier and she checked on us via Whats App to see if everything is ok and if we needed anything. We kept in touch throughout our stay in Kalithea. The vila is located very near the restaurants, shops, etc. but it is not in the noisy area, great location. It was not hard to find the parking in front or near the villa. Towels are changed regularly, every day if needed. Good water pressure in the shower (some places in Greece have issues with this). To sum it up: great place to stay, good value for the money, we will be back in our future vacations :)
