The property has a very nice swimming pool and sun loungers, beautiful garden with patio furniture. Vedrana - the lovely warmhearted lady at the reception, was extremely hospitable, amiable, friendly, and helpful. Balconies on both sides mean you really do get a panoramic view. The apartment is really spacious, beautifully presented and scrupulously clean. There were so many thoughtful touches in the house that made our stay so comfortable. The pool and outside area is a dream. I couldn't have enjoyed my stay more. We had excellent communication with our host. The house is up on a hill above the little town of Sumartin. Just be prepared that the roads are narrow with stone walls on either side.DevineGermany

Location is fine walking distance between 3 local beaches and village mariner. The bungalow/apartment we stayed in is plenty spacious and AC & prime refridgerator works fine. The interior was very clean and beds comfortable. Sumartin is lovely fishing village in summer to visit.

The pool is amazing and with the 2 balconies, there is ample outside space. Our kids loved being in the pool, being able to walk into the village in a minute and also the luxury of a TV with Netflix in their bedroom for downtime. Thanks to the balcony, we were able to eat breakfast every day overlooking the sea. We had maybe 2 minutes to the nearest beach. The hosts were very hospitable and ready to help. We will definitely go back there again ;)
